PSA: Valve Testing Steam Linux Next Week

Ah, Steam for Linux. Sure, it might be an unethical mess, but it’s also super long overdue. Not for long, however! Remember how recent information culled from the Steam Content database revealed the existence of an upcoming Steam Linux beta? It’s happening next week. The announcement appeared yesterday on the Steam Linux blog. “Things have been going well,” says the Valve Linux team. “We will be having an internal beta starting next week, and a private external beta for 1,000 users sometime in October.”

If you’re part of the private external beta, you’ll be testing one Valve game, with support for Ubuntu 12.04 and above. Big Picture Mode and additional games will not be available, at least at first. Valve will be posting a sign up sheet for interested people, so keep reading the blog for more.

Ubuntu like ALL lunix(losers unix) flavors suck ass. Need dedicated developers to create a stable and functional Kernel/OS. MAC is overpriced yuppie and any idiot can implement to lunix which leads to more bugs than improvements, hence why idiots like you dual boot windows cause your to stupid to realize you live in a windows world.

Don’t like living in a windows world? Kill yourself, IT WILL NEVER CHANGE even with Windows 8 sucking ass. Simple rule to windows OS’s. Usually ultimates and Second editions improve/fix the first versions you mouth breathing douche.
