    1. Acquire this mission by talking to Durar in the garage after bringing back the medical supplies.
    2. Exit the garage and get back on your ATV, then drive back to the Outrigger Settlement you previously visited and talk with Johan by the car he was repairing earlier. Accept the mission he charges you with and, after receiving the Fatboys from Johan, get back on your ATV.
    3. Follow the dotted white line on the map to return to the area where you completed the Where’s Juno? and Radio Tower Repair missions. Move through the area as you did before, but this time follow the arrow on the yellow road sign you reach to enter the dam and eliminate the enemies in the tunnel.
    4. Make your next right into the open ditch area and climb the ladder ahead, then make another right along the top of the dam and move down the steps. Exit the area through the back and eliminate the enemy ahead, then climb down another set of steps and enter the Wasted Garage.
    5. Move forward into the larger room and check the nearby office for items, then approach the door with a lock across it and use the grinder in your inventory to break it open. Enter the next room and move down the steps, then take cover behind the nearby bar counter with the bottles on top of it and eliminate the enemies lounging about in front of you.
    6. Turn left in the room where you just cleared out the enemies and take out the ones that are now charging towards you. For both of these areas, your best bet is to equip a shotgun and takeout the bandits using one round of ammo at a time.
    7. Make a left around the corner ahead and continue finding cover to eliminate enemies posted up down the hall. Move through the building and clearing out the enemies in your way until you reach the last room, then pick up the parts off the table and the alternator hanging inside the wall.
    8. Return to the hallway where you could see the other side of the alternator, then follow the wires that lead from the to the doorway across from it. Move down the stairs and into the hall, then eliminate the enemies in the next open room and the ones through the hole in wall by the stop sign.
    9. Enter the room on the other side of the hole you were just firing through and grind open the lock on the door to the office, then pick up the supplies within and exit the room. Turn left towards the back of the room and move around the next corner, then take out the enemies ahead and pick up the gas can in the room they occupied.
    10. Move forward into the next room and turn left, then eliminate the enemies in cover and head towards the back of the area. Make a left in front of the truck and move through the next doorway in the corner, then go down the stairs and turn around.
    11. Enter the door on your right and take cover in the next room, then eliminate the enemies ahead and move right. Continue forward through the room and take out the enemies to your left, then search the area for supplies and eliminate the enemies in the next room ahead.
    12. Search the room for supplies, then move through the doorway marked with an exit sign and turn left at the end of the hall. Use a grenade to clear the next room and pick up the distributor cap from the front half of the car sitting in the corner, then quickly back away as the door next to you blows open.
    13. Move through the doorway that was just opened and take out the enemies around the corner to your left, then search the area and make your way into the bathroom to the left of the bandit face painted on the wall.
    14. Make your way down the staircase to enter the next room and down the steps ahead to reach the ground floor of the area. Pick up the ammo on the table and make a left around the corner past the two cars against the wall, then take cover behind the next car on your right and wait for the bandits to crash the buggy ahead.
    15. Use your shotgun to weaken the bandit behind the crashed buggy’s turret and eliminate any enemy who approaches you from the ground. Continue using the car beside you as cover and throw whatever grenades you have left until the turret enemy is eliminated.
    16. Move forward and eliminate the enemy behind the door that opens to your left, then use the opened doorway to reach the rear end of the crashed buggy and collect the piston assembly. Use a grinder to collect the items behind the locked door in the area, then move through next open doorway ahead and enter the Wasteland.
    17. Achievement / Trophy Unlocked: Waste Management (Bronze): Complete Wasted Garage in the Campaign.
    18. Take out the enemies in front of you and jump on the ATV they were crowded around, then follow the dotted white line on your map to reach the Hagar Settlement and talk with Durar in the garage to complete the mission.

nice walkthrough vids … in Part 6 it’s much easier to take down bad guys on the barricade with the sniper if you aim and then use additional zoom (i think it’s the action button/key – A on xbox and E on PC).

After killing the boss in the hospital(big one) i went to the lobby, got up the escalators and went to a passage on the right. I can already see the room with the defibrilator, but the door is locked. Is it some kind of bug or i didn’t do smth?

    On October 11, 2011 at 2:09 pm

@Napster. It shouldn’t be locked. The defibrillator is on the console beneath the blinking screen in the lab area. The lab area is through the back of the hospital room that’s covered and dripping with blood on the left side of the hallway. This is in the bloody hallway on the right after climbing the escalators. Hope that helps.

Rage was one of the easiest games I played. With no multiplayer, this game is very limited with low replay value.

    @Napster
I have the same problem door won’t open and I can only go back as far as the giant I just killed. Plus I just quick-saved so I think I’m F’d.

Same prob as above the defib room door is locked, red x when I approach the door, must be a bug.

    Had the same problem.

Restarted boss battle beat him, and then quickly went to room killing along the way but do it fast.

Security camera will turn green and let you in.

Seems to be a timed event because doing it slowly caused the lockout problem.

    Hope it works.

    On October 18, 2011 at 12:24 pm

Just use the elevator near your garage door to go down to Resistance Base. That’s where you first came to the Subway Town.

    Hi Rico,

I have found my way out. I am not sure if this will work, but here what I have done. I restarted the mission To recover the ID drive and once you have recover the ID, you turn around and see one of those things that flies and laser point you. I shoot it few times, which I have not done previously and boom. I went back to the captain and it was no longer stuck… I say try it.

i play the game on pc but i use a xboc controller when i aim the captain and the letter “a” is shown i speak to him!!! i dont think its relative with xbox, pc and xbox have the option to save!!! save before you go talk him if he recovers the disc you have to protect him and wait!!! save often and how to play a mission with out startin from the beginning the game autosaves when you change locations just go to the main menu select campain continue game or load the game you have saved!!!

The story is an old one and not particularly inventive. The game looks great, runs well, and is a solid shooter if you crank up the difficulty. The cars are a nice touch as well. It was good, could have been so much more though… IMAO.

hey guys, it’s a shame that there are no walkthroughs on “job-board-jobs”. Im trying to finish “help wanted” (deactivating Authorities generators in former gearhead vault), none of the three are working and yet the questlog still tells me I have to deactivate the third one… any ideas?

ok completed the single player mode on “nightmare” level and … well…. wasnt so nightmarish… anyone who has played the doom style fps will have a good handle on the tactics needed to play on this lvl.. there were a few moments which stared to get a little worrisome, but easily handled if you had enough ammo… I dont know if this was a glitch, or what but for $60.00 I had expected a bit harder “hardcore” mode… so that I would be able to play a bit longer than 30 hrs… all in all though I did enjoy it and with the option for DLC maybe there will be addons to come.. 7.5 out of 10… addendum: have not played multiplayer so I’ll give that a look see and see if this is where the “money” went on development… lol

    On November 14, 2011 at 8:13 pm

@Lethys, I had sort of the same problem. In my case, the third generator had a faint glow around the very bottom, and the energy pad beside was still on. I could not damage it anymore with EMP or pulse or anything, so had to start mission from beginning. I had a quicksave before I entered the door, and replayed the entire thing. It worked the 2nd time.

Sounds to me like Bethesda threw this god damn game out with no concern on fixing stupid bugs like these, it’s awful, i bought the game used and I still feel ripped off. I shouldn’t HAVE to go on the internet to figure out how to fix the 2 or 3 bugs i’ve ran into so far. Unacceptable.
