Today, Rare confirmed some details for Viva Piñata DS, which should make fans of the both the title, and the DS pleased as punch. Not only will sand-box mode be added, but a journal and encyclopedia, all of the piñatas from the Xbox 360 title but also some new ones that were not included in the original game, a Wi-Fi option so you can trade piñatas with your pals, plus the obvious stylus control so you can nurture, instruct, protect and care for your garden and animals through direct touch.
