Rayman Legends Confirmed for PC Release

Ubisoft has just announced plans to add the PC to Rayman Legends‘ long list of release platforms, putting it alongside the PS Vita, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PlayStation 3. This news comes direct from the horse’s mouth, which also confirmed that pre-orders of the game via the UbiShop will also include the original full version of Rayman Origins on PC for free.

Originally slated as a Wii U-exclusive title, the game has since broadened its approach to include every current-gen platform, and has quickly become one of the most highly anticipated platformers of the year.

The game is set to retain the fantasy appeal of its predecessor Rayman Origins while adding a multitude of clever and entertaining gaming modes, new characters, new environments and a new soundtrack.

All versions will hit shelves in North America on September 3, 2013.
