‘Reapers Can Win’ in Mass Effect 3, Says BioWare

Yup, there’s at least one negative ending for Mass Effect 3. In ME2, Shepard could get killed during the suicide mission against the Collectors; in ME3, the Reapers can successfully invade the galaxy and wipe out humanity — and then, as one would expect, everybody else.

The info comes from a NowGamer interview with BioWare Community Representative Mike Gamble. He confirmed that the Reapers can win in Mass Effect 3 as one of the endings, but he didn’t say much more than that.

Pop on over to NowGamer and you can see the whole video interview.

Reavers? Only in our wildest dreams could ME3 be a Firefly crossover. ;)

Hahaha, whoops. That’d be a game I’d like to play.

It sort of looks like Shepard is indoctrinated. I wonder if you try and go full renegade that he ends up making a deal with the reapers, I mean look at his eyes and facial scars, something has to be going on there!
