Red Orchestra 2 Public Beta Live Now

Those who pre-purchased the Deluxe Edition of Red Orchestra 2 on Steam can now get to playing the game early in the beta, which has launched. You can download the beta straight out of Steam. This phase of the beta will include three games types — countdown, territory and firefight — on three different maps.

The game comes out two weeks from yesterday, so you’d best get crackin’; you’ll want to be prepared when the noobs come calling on September 13.

Is there anyway to be able to play the beta without preorder?

You can pre-order the game through Steam, get the beta access then cancel your preorder before the game is released.
