Resident Evil 6 PC Version Includes Free DLC and Exclusive Game Mode

Resident Evil 6 developer and publisher Capcom has revealed that the upcoming PC version of the game, originally slated for release in January, will contain an exclusive mode. Titled “The Mercenaries: No Mercy”, this exclusive game mode will add more enemies to The Mercenaries to make it an order more challenging than it is on the console versions of the game

Additionally, the PC version of Resident Evil 6 will receive three add-on modes that were released on consoles as paid DLC. These include Suvivors, Predator, and Onslaught. All modes will be available as a free download after the game’s launch on March 22. The upcoming Siege mode for the console will also be made available as a free download on the PC.

Resident Evil 6 will only be available as a digital title upon its release on the PC on March 22 for $39.99 in North America and $29.99 in Europe. The publisher intends to release a benchmark software to allow players to test how well their computers will run the game.

Beyond Saints Row 3, Resident Evil 6 is another game that Gears of War creator CliffyB offered to “fix”. The more you know!

CliffyB can BEEP my balls. How the Gears of War creator can fix RE6. RE6 is a ripoff of Gears of War. He need to shut up.

Leave.

Wesker1984 – I don’t get what you’re saying. If RE6 is a ripoff of Gears (which is questionable anyway since it’s closer in gameplay mechanics to RE4 which came out long before Gears did) then why shouldn’t the guy who created Gears offer to fix something that you claim is a ripoff? Wouldn’t you WANT the original creator to go around fixing the imitators?

My head hurts.
