Rockstar: Gamers Will Have Xbox 360 Bully Fix Within a Week

After expressing horror at complaints that some Xbox 360 models were having issues with Bully: Scholarship Edition, Rockstar has promised gamers a fix within a week. Gamers have been suffering through freezes, poor frame rates and audio problems on a game that is essentially a PS2 port.

“We are very aware of the problems some people have been experiencing with the Xbox 360 version of Bully: Scholarship Edition and have been doing everything within our powers to resolve these issues as quickly as possible,” a Rockstar Games PR spokesperson told GamesIndustry.biz.

“We will be releasing a title update through Xbox Live within the next week that we are confident will rectify the problem. We apologize wholeheartedly for the inconvenience that this matter has caused some owners of the game. “

Rockstar is going out of its way to own up to the problems and give gamers a timely solution. Will it be enough to restore player’s confidence in the company. Something tells me that when GTAIV comes out, this will be forgiven and forgotten.
