San Andreas Finally Hits PSN Dec 11

This seems like it should be old news. In fact, it really, really should be. But it isn’t. It’s still kind of good news for PS3 owners who long ago let go of their PS2 and don’t have an Xbox 360. Point: On december 11, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will finally be available for download on Playstation Network.

At the risk of sounding redundant, San Andreas is absolutely the best PS2 game, and it might even be the best GTA game period. Certainly no other Rockstar game has had as many memorable characters, epic scenarios, and variety of missions as this perfect game, despite the unfortunately dated graphics. Alas, this isn’t some kind of remastered or HD version, but it’ll probably be fun playing the game on something like the original system it was developed for.

rickshaw@ I’ve been saying this for years. They are basically spitting on the system that gave them their success. They’ve sucked for years.
