Sign Up for the Titanfall Closed Beta Now
Respawn Entertainment is now accepting applications to the closed beta for its upcoming mech-heavy multiplayer first-person shooter, Titanfall.
Players can sign up for the beta right now over at titanfall.com/beta. You’ll need to sign in with your Origin ID (or create one), and specify whether you’re interested in the PC or Xbox One version of the beta. The signup page notes that player selected for the beta will be notified by 11:59 p.m. PST Monday, Feb. 17.
Registration for the closed beta ends at 4 p.m. PST Friday, Feb. 14.
Respawn’s Vince Zampella said last week the Titanfall beta is accessible to anyone, but that the beta is not “open.” That means you’ll need to register for a beta invitation and only a certain number of players will get in.
Meanwhile, if you do get to play in the beta, take stock of how you like Titanfall — Blake Jorgensen, chief financial officer for publisher Electronic Arts, said today the company sees the Titanfall franchise as being around for a “long, long time.”
Titanfall hits PC and Xbox One on March 11, and will be available on Xbox 360 on March 25.
