All Points Bulletin Side Quest Guide [W/ James!]

Starting Location: Police cars in Hillside and the Police Station.
Prerequisite: You must be spotted by a patrolling police car to start the quest.
Best Starting Point: Just as you enter Hillside.

  • After arriving in Silent Hill, you’ll hear sirens off into the distance. Try to get near one of these cars as they move around the area on the roads. If you wait near the police station, a car will always eventually pass. A group of screamers will appear when you’re spotted, but it’s advisable you just run.
  • Once the quest begins, head to the police station. It’s a large square building. Inside, you’ll have have to cross a balance beam. Through there, you’ll find a chalkboard and a radio to use.
  • To call off the cars, you’ll need to use the clue on the chalkboard to recall the police cars with the radio. Enter these four numbers to call off the cars:

  • C466
  • B557
  • A648
  • With all four codes entered, the quest is complete.
