Seems a lot of game developers are getting into the the Halloween spirit. EA has a new trailer out for SimCity Societies showing a spooky, ghost-riddled society that can be made in the game. I’m not sure how you can accomplish this exactly, but it probably involves killing the entire population of your town. Hey, those ghosts have to come from somewhere.
