There are many perils lying in wait on Katorga-12, and even the most intrepid adventurer will occasionally have difficulty. Any game that boasts a “constantly shifting time period” will require close attention to detail, so let our crack walkthrough writer help you out. The full guide is slavering in the darkness, after the jump.

Intro

  1. After waking up from the EMP blast, head down the pier and turn right to walk past the flame-engulfed helicopter.
  2. Read the note on the ledge to your left to find out that Katorga-12 has been shut down. Continue down the path to pick up a Stimpack, which can be used to provide a small amount of health.
  3. Continue on towards the large sickle and turn left onto the grass once back outside. Before heading up the incline along the rocks, pick up the Health Pack under the makeshift fort.
  4. Once you are up the path, walk up the steps and into the room with the bust of Stalin.

Rendezvous With Devlin

  1. Play the audio recording device to the right to get some info on the death of Dr. Demichev. Flip on the projector in the left corner of the room to find out about how Katorga 12 was going to help Russia protect themselves from the evils of the West.
  2. Before heading down the hallway to the left of Stalin, read the cryptic note on the nearby table. Follow the path around and break the piece of wood across from the three sinks.
  3. Crouch down and turn left. You’ll walk into a blue time wave that will give you a vision of what went on here in 1950. After the scary vision, continue down the hallway and head through the center door.
  4. Here, a larger blue time wave will envelop you and you will literally be taken back to 1950. Once you have noticed that your scenery has dramatically changed, turn left and run down the burning hallway.
  5. Turn right, then right again, and enter the burning room. Approach the injured man and reach down to save him.
  6. With the man over your shoulder, head through the newly opened hole in the wall just ahead and turn right before heading through the door.
  7. Turn right and follow the path. You will eventually pass the three sinks that you passed just a few moments ago in the present day. Continue down the hallway and drop the man in front of the bust of Stalin to complete the objective.
  8. Play all of the audio recordings on the plaques behind the statue of Dr. Demichev to find out about the ins and outs of E99. Play the audio recording on the floor to get more background on Katorga 12 and how you changed history by saving Demichev.
  9. Walk through the double doors and pick up the E99 Tech on the statue. Play the audio recording on the left to learn how the “Singularity” is mutating humans. (The audio recordings don’t play a crucial role in beating the game, but they sure do add to the spookiness and the suspense.) Open the luggage on the right to get another piece of E99 Tech.
  10. Turn right down the hallway opposite to the stairs and open the luggage at the end to get another piece of E99 Tech.
  11. Before heading up the stairs, open the dumpster to acquire another Health Pack. Once up the stairs, turn right and grab the Health Pack in the piece of luggage on the floor, before heading down the flight of stairs to gather another piece of E99 Tech.
  12. Once back up the stairs, head across to the adjacent room and read the note on the table. Walk through the hole in the wall and read another letter that talks about the strange happenings associated with the testing of E99.
  13. Head through the doorway (never mind the scary sounds of children playing and the bouncy ball coming down the stairs), pick up the E99 Tech and play the audio recording in the closet.
  14. After you head up the stairs (probably a little freaked out by now), read the note on the chair and grab another piece of E99 Tech in the suitcase on the floor.
  15. There is another chilling note to read under the window, where you will see a terrifying creature quickly pass by. Walk through the doorway, grab the ammo in the corner, and open the suitcase in the opposite corner for another piece of E99 Tech. FInally, grab the Centurion next to the dead…creature?
  16. Aim the gun and fire a shot at the padlock to open the door. After walking through and witnessing a disturbing scene through the time warp, crouch and walk through the hole in the wall.
  17. Out of nowhere, a creature will tackle you; give it four or five shots to the head to kill it.
  18. Turn right to hop off the ledge, then turn back around and head down the alley to get several E99 Techs. Once back on the main path, turn left and pick up some Centurion ammo along the path.
  19. Shoot and kill the creature digging around in the truck, as well as the other one, who will charge after you.
  20. Walk past the truck and down through the playground area to your right. There is a note you can read about Dr. E-99. (Again, like the audio recordings, these only add to the backstory and overall suspense of the game.) Turn left and head through the big building with the red Russian words.
  21. Open the suitcase in the back left corner of the room with the black and white floor tiles to get a Health Pack.
  22. As you make your way down the hallway to your right, use your gun to shoot the padlock on the first locker on your left and grab the Health Pack inside.
  23. You will eventually cross through a time wave. A creature will come bursting through the door at the end of the hall — kill it, and remember that like in most other first-person shooter games, head-shots count.
  24. Proceed down the hallway, shooting the two padlocks on the lockers to your left and grabbing the E99 Techs before heading into the bathroom. Read the note next to the sinks to learn more about the crazy Dr. E-99 and play the spooky audio recording on the floor, if you want.
  25. Turn right and grab the ammo on the chair in the next room, as well as a pice of E99 Tech in the suitcase next to the desk. Read the note on the desk in the back left corner, then turn around and grab another E99 Tech on the floor.
  26. Head across the hallway (past the stairs) and into the cafeteria. Get the E99 Tech in the left corner before reading the note from the principal on the cafeteria counter about the mysterious powder that they put in the children’s meals.
  27. The frightening sounds that you’ve been hearing emanate from a creature, which will come running after you down the hall. After you kill it, turn left and then right into the little side room.
  28. Grab the E99 Tech on the desk and open the suitcase to acquire more gadgets. There is also another piece of E99 Tech in the cabinet on the other side of the room. Next, head back out to the hallway and up the stairs.
  29. Play the audio recording in the corner of the classroom, then crouch to get trough the doorway into the next room. After you walk through a momentary time wave, open the suitcase to your right to get a piece of E99 Tech.
  30. Walk straight across into the next room and play the projector in the classroom to learn more about E99 via Russian propaganda.
  31. Turn right up the stairs and then make a right into the first room. Grab the E99 Tech in the suitcase and then jump up on the book case and drop down through the giant hole in the ground.
  32. Open the suitcase in the corner of the room to grab some Centurion ammo, as well as a piece of E99 Tech on the shelf in the opposite corner.
  33. Walk through the opening. Kill the creature digging through library books on the right. Advance through the hidden doorway on the left side of the room.
  34. Follow this underground hallway around. Play the audio recording before following the hallway back to the other side of the library.
  35. Kill the creature which will appear behind the shelve of books to your left. Walk through the door to your left and then through the next door.
  36. Walk towards the deceased soldier and pick up his AR9 Valkyrie. The book shelves behind you will start to shake, and creature will appear from behind one of them — kill it easily with your new weapon.
  37. Walk through the newly created isle-way and kill the creature coming at your from the right.
  38. Proceed through the entryway, but before walking through the partially opened blue door, make two lefts down this hallway to get a Health Pack and some AR9 ammo.
  39. Walk through the blue door and grab the the Health Pack to your right. Walk up the little ramp and through the whole in the wall to complete your objective of finding Devlin.
  40. Have your trigger finger ready and take out the two creatures that will come through the windows first, then help Devlin take out the remaining creatures from behind the doors.
  41. Grab an E99 Tech on the far set of stairs on your left. Walk up the stairs and grab the Health Pack if you need it.
  42. Walk back down the stairs and open the suitcase directly across the way to get some AR9 ammo. There will also be another E99 Tech on a little set of stairs in the middle of the area.
  43. Walk around to your left, but before following Devlin through the doors, grab the E99 Tech in the far right corner, behind the old abandoned house. Walk inside the house to play an audio recording and get another E99 Tech, before heading through the double doors behind Devlin.

Get To The Radio Tower To Contact Titan One

  1. Play the projector in the back left corner of the room to learn about “safety” on Katorga-12 before following Devlin through the door.
  2. Walk toward the deceased Russian soldier to your left and pick up his Volk S4 before following Devlin through the next door.
  3. As soon as he walks through, Devlin will be attacked. Quickly kill the creature before he kills Devlin. Grab some Volk ammo on the desk on the opposite side of the room before helping Devlin move the cabinet in front of the door.
  4. Kill the creature who attempts to come through, then follow Devlin through the next door. Kill the creature inside and grab the ammo and Health Pack on the floor.
  5. Follow Devlin’s instructions and kill the creatures around to the right. You’ll find that the Volk is quite useful here and that it will only take a couple of shots to kill each creature.
  6. Proceed forward, grab the Volk ammo on the desk on your left and then kill the two creatures that will sneak around the wall on your left.
  7. Walk through this hole in the wall and make your way over to Devlin. As soon as you cross the wooden planks, you will fall and immediately be accosted by two creatures. A couple of Volk rounds to their heads should do the trick, then get close to Devlin so that he can pull you up.
  8. Follow him up the stairs and grab the Health Pack and Volk ammo before heading through the door.
  9. Kill the creature climbing up the railing, then head down the shaft to find a way to open the locked door. After you reach the ladder, climb up it and exit out the other side of the shaft.
  10. Walk down the aisle, turn to your right and blast the padlock on the door to open it for Devlin. Turn to your right and open the suitcase near the window to get an E99 Tech and some Centurion ammo.
  11. Wait for Devlin, then follow him through the next door and off the broken set of stairs. Walk down the stairs and follow Devlin through the door.
  12. Play the audio recording on the desk on your right before following Devlin through the next door.
  13. As Devlin waits at the gate doors, turn left and then left again through the opened chain-linked gates. Grab the E99 Tech next to the crates in the back right corner before heading up the two wooden boards.
  14. Make your way up onto the roof and then walk across the sets of wooden boards from roof to roof until you see a ladder on the wall to your left. Carefully jump out to it and climb up.
  15. Walk straight across and open the suitcase to get a Health Pack and some ammo. Walk back and drop down through the opening in the railing on your left.
  16. Look down toward the crate with the two wooden boards, jump toward the crate, then walk up the boards. Turn right down the path and flip the switch to open the gates.
  17. Hop down off the ledge and run around to your left to follow Devlin through the newly opened gates.
  18. Open the two suitcases to the right for some ammo and a couple of E99 Techs. Next, grab the Kasimov SNV-E99 sniper rife leaning against the crate and take out the three creatures on the bridge.
  19. Follow Devlin across the bridge and then through the big hole in the building on the left. Play the audio recording in the left corner of the room, then get the supplies in the suitcase under the stairs before following Devlin into the Radio Tower.
  20. Grab the suitcase with blue glowing light on the shelf to get a weapons upgrade. Use this and access the weapons locker to your right to upgrade or switch your weapon setup.

Defend The Radio Tower

  1. Quickly fill up on ammo and switch to your sniper rifle (this will come in handy because it slows down time when you aim through the scope).
  2. Aim out the window near the red cans of gasoline near the little shack. Wait for the guards to get close to this, then unload a couple rounds on the cans to create an explosion.
  3. Kill as many guards as possible, making sure to watch out for grenades. When Devlin says that you need to fall back, grab any remaining ammo and health on the crates and follow him out the door.

Follow Kathryn’s Instructions To Escape

  1. After Ivan kills Devlin, simply follow Kathryn’s instructions and sprint through the building. Make sure that you don’t stop to pick anything up and you only run through the open doors.
  2. Once you meet Kathryn and she brings you to safety, use the laptop to find out about MIR-12 and the truth about Katorga-12.

Search For The Lab Of Dr. Barisov

  1. Walk through the open door and grab the E99 Tech on the floor. Open the dumpster and grab the Health Pack inside.
  2. Step into the sewage water, walk down the stairs and follow the path as you swim across to the other side.
  3. Walk up the steps (don’t pay any attention to those creepy creatures crawling on the wall) and turn left. Grab the Health Pack on the little cart and then head through the opening in chain-link fence under the stairs to acquire some ammo.
  4. Turn left and head back down along the fence to get on the other side, then head up the stairs. Follow the path around and grab the weapons upgrade suitcase when you get to it.
  5. Read the note on the desk to the left and then use your weapons locker if necessary (remember that you can only carry two weapons at once). Proceed through the blue door on the left.
  6. Head down the path and open the two dumpsters on the left to acquire some Volk ammo and a Health Pack
  7. Grab the E99 Tech in the alcove before heading through the blue double doors to the right. Following the momentary time warp, head up the stairs.
  8. Turn right and grab the ammo at the end of the passage. Turn back around and head toward the other side. Shoot the blue creatures any time they show up, but keep in mind that you can’t kill them as they will quickly disappear.
  9. Grab the E99 Tech to the left before heading down the stairs and grabbing another E99 Tech inside the dumpster.
  10. Grab the Centurion ammo and play the audio recording. Fall off the ledge into the next room and quickly shoot the blue creature in the corner. He will start to disappear and continue to charge you so keep shooting this time until he’s dead.
  11. Jump up the crates on the left to get an E99 Tech. Hop down and walk through the large archway. Follow the path around to the partially opened double doors.
  12. Play the audio recording on the rack on the right and grab the E99 Tech, Health Pack and ammo. Get the supplies on the rack in the next room. You can also open the red locker to acquire another E99 Tech.
  13. Shoot the padlock on the door and kill the creature who will drop down in front of you. Next, open the dumpsters to get some AR9 ammo.
  14. Turn right and get a Stimpack inside one of the dumpsters before grabbing the the Volk ammo on the ground.
  15. Head toward the gilded statue. After you witness the time warp from the last audio recording, head through the double doors.
  16. However, before you can get them open, a creature will grab your arm and prevent you from getting inside. Quickly turn around and kill all of the blue creatures. Since these guys crawl around on all fours, it’s a good idea to keep moving backwards while shooting.
  17. Once you kill them all, head toward the blue neon light. Grab the Health Pack on the floor to the right and the walk under the blue light. Grab the E99 Tech on the crate under the stairs before making your ascent.
  18. Turn left up the stairs and kill the creature down the hallway to your left. Kill the next creature climbing up the adjacent window before getting the supplies in the red case.
  19. Head all the way back past the stairs and turn left inside the alcove on the left to get a Health Pack and some Volk ammo.
  20. Head down the stairs and grab the E99 Tech before walking through the doorway. Grab the E99 Tech and then crouch to enter into the next room.
  21. After witnessing a frightening time wave, walk through the open blue door and grab the Health Pack, E99 Tech and read the note.
  22. There is an E99 Tech inside the locker in the tiny room just behind the Health Pack. After you acquire it, flip the switch on the wall to open the door in the room.
  23. Turn right down the hallway and grab the E99 Tech on the floor. Turn around and walk around to the other side of the lab.

Search For Secret Entrance To Vault Catacombs

  1. On the opening to your right there will be three creatures standing next to cryo tanks. Shoot the cryo tanks to freeze the creatures, then hit them once for an easy kill. Be careful though, if one of them thaws out they will throw a gasoline barrel at you.
  2. Once the first three are dead, drop down and kill the rest of the creatures that come after you.
  3. Play the strange audio recording of Dr. Demichev and grab the E99 Tech on the desk on the right side of the room.
  4. Grab the AR9 ammo in the yellow case across the room and then scour the lab tables for several Health Packs and E99 Techs before heading up the stairs.
  5. Play the audio recording on the desk to the right to hear Dr. Demichev’s work log. Approach the floating piece of E-99 and you will suddenly pass through a time wave. Just as the man in the time wave did, walk inside of the spherical elevator.
  6. Head down the staircase and shoot the orange pieces of E-99 on the walls before hoping down the hole. Follow the pathway to find the TMD.
  7. Read the note on the desk, then watch the film archive to learn about Dr. Barisov.
  8. Walk over to the circular metal door behind you and wait for it to open. Walk down the path and walk behind the glass casing that holds the TMD. Stick your hand inside of the tiny hole to acquire the TMD.

Use TMD On 1950′s Time Rift In The Lab

  1. Finally! All of those E99 Techs can be put to use. Test out the TMD by highlighting pieces of rubble from the hallway and either revert or age them. Continue down the hallway and age the door switch on the right wall.
  2. Once you walk through the doorway, turn right and age the broken staircase. Follow the pathway around and revert the the E-99 vines on the left side. Hope into the alcove and get the E99 Cell inside of the case.
  3. Continue along the path and revert the flattened blue case. Jump on it, then jump up onto the ledge. Revert the stair case and walk up.
  4. Revert the stair case behind the desk with books and get the E99 Tech. Walk back down the stairs, carefully position the cursor over the floating piece of E-99, and use your TMD to create a time rift.
  5. Walk through the rift to transport back to the 1950s. Your can now also use your TMD to send out a Chrono Ping to help guide you.

Save Dr. Barisov

  1. Grab the ammo on the nearby desk as well as the Health Pack on the desk under the stairs. Send out a Chrono Ping and follow the steps up the stairs. Walk all the way around to get an E99 Tech in the yellow case.
  2. Head through the blue double doors and take out the three armed Russian guards (the guys in the green) with your sniper rifle. Continue around the path and take out the two Russian guards that will run through the next door.
  3. Step out into the hallway and kill all of the Russian guards. To kill the guard with the riot shield, simply aim for his feet. Remember that you can also use your TMD to kill guards by aging them, however, this takes a lot more E99 juice than it would to age objects.
  4. Grab the E99 Tech and read the note on the tables in the first room on the right. Flip the big yellow switch in front of the glass, as well as the big switch in the next room down.
  5. Grab the E99 Tech in the last room on the left, then turn left down the hallway. Quickly head through the blue door at the end of the hallway and kill Demichev (the one with the tie) before he shoots Barisov.
  6. Kill the two guards that enter through the next door. Grab the E99 Tech on the table and grab the Health Pack in the back room before following Dr. Barisov down the stairs.
  7. After Dr. Barisov opens the next door, kill the two guards and then grab the supplies on the shelves to your left.
  8. After you get the ammo on the table and the E99 Tech in the case upstairs, follow Barisov’s instructions and age the safe so that he can give you the Seeker gun.

Escort Dr. Barisov To Lab

  1. Turn around and take out all of the guards with your new weapon. This thing is pretty cool because it allows you to guide the bullets and kill your enemies with a single shot.
  2. Once you have killed all of the guards, follow Barisov down the steps and across toward the other door. Once he opens it, take out the guard who will come walking through.
  3. Shoot through the window on your right and take out the guards that come running into the lab. Enter through the door and pick up the Seeker ammo on the table.
  4. Walk to the other end of the room and kill the guards down the hallway to the left. Head into the first room on your left, grab the Health Pack if you need it and then take out as many guards as you can from your position using the Seeker.
  5. Once if you have killed the guards in this area, follow Barisov. You can pick up an E99 Tech and a Health Pack in the far room before you follow Barisov out the door.
  6. Before heading up stairs, go down one flight and open the case to get some supplies. Then, head up stairs and use the rift to get back to 2010.

Make Your Way To Dr. Barisov’s Tower

  1. After obtaining your instructions from a present day version of Dr. Barisov, you can watch the film archive to your right to witness the first experiment on a time rift.
  2. Grab the E99 Tech and the Blueprints on the table and then gain new TMD equipment and perks by using the Augmentor to the right.
  3. Head out the door and down the stairs. Revert the busted medkit using your TMD and take the Health Packs inside. Head through the next door and read the note on the table.
  4. Equip yourself with your choice of weapons from your weapon locker. Walk down the hallway and into the next room to use the TMD Upgrade.
  5. You can now be like Magneto and defy gravity by picking up objects with your TMD. Use it to pick up the large metal object in the center of the room and then throw it in corner.
  6. Fall down the hole and revert the ammo crate to give yourself some ammo. Continue down the hallway and pick up the E99 Cells before turning to your right.
  7. Follow the path around and pick up the E99 Tech and Bio Formula to your right. Revert the lock on the wall next to the door to give you access to open it.
  8. Walk through the doorway. Pick up the old blue case using our TMD and set it down in the next room. Crouch through the opening in the wall and revert the blue case.
  9. Grab the E99 Tech, then place the case near the cage and use it as a step to get onto of the cage. Grab the case again by using your TMD and set it next to you on top of the cage.
  10. Jump to the area with the gold E-99 remnants and pick up the TMD Blueprint in the corner. Jump back onto the blue case and hop up onto the next level.
  11. Grab the blue case yet again by using your TMD and then set it down. Age it to flatten it out, then set it under the partially opened bay door. Revert it to prop open the bay door even more, giving you enough room to crouch under it.
  12. Head up the stairs. Apparently these creatures have a name: Zeks. Follow the on-screen instructions and use an Impulse from your TMD to bring the Zek who is running at you into phase.
  13. After you kill the Zek, continue down the hallway.

Find The Elevator To The Administration Building

  1. Use your TMD to pick up one of the gasoline cans and hurl it at the enemies down and to the left. Wait for the ones that you don’t kill to climb up to your area, then shoot them.
  2. Hop down and open the yellow case directly across from you to get an E99 Tech. There is also a Health Pack on the crates behind you.
  3. Head down the path and then up the stairs to your right, but before you go, grab a red gasoline can near the old truck. Hold it using your TMD and then hurl it at the unassuming Zeks up the stairs.
  4. Kill all the remaining Zeks, but be careful, because they like to hurl gasoline cans as well. Remember that if they do try to throw a gasoline can, you can catch it in mid-air using your TMD and hurl it back at them.
  5. Once they are all dead, revert the staircase and walk up the stairs. Jump up the crates and shoot one of the gasoline cans to your right just as a Zek begins to charge you.
  6. Kill the next Zek that will come at you from the door on the left. Grab the E99 Tech and Stimpack inside. Continue down the path and get the AR9 ammo inside the case before heading down the ladder.
  7. Grab the E99 Cells on the shelves to your right. Open the red case and grab the supplies inside. There is also more ammo, a Health Pack and E99 Techs on the other shelves.
  8. Head inside of the big elevator and flip the switch to use it. As soon as you begin to go up you’ll be greeted by a larger creature who was exposed to a little too much radiation.
  9. Once the elevator stops, crouch under and grab the Health Pack on the crate. Turn left and get the Volk ammo on the shelf and the E99 Tech from inside the red locker.
  10. Head through the door. Grab the E99 Tech on the shelf to your left and revert the audio recording on your right to get a little more info about that larger creature that you just encountered.
  11. Head through the next door and turn down the hallway. After you witness a freaky time wave, shoot the orange pieces of E-99 to get across to the next door.
  12. Grab the E99 Tech on the table to your left and another E99 Tech underneath the desk,  then read the note on the filing cabinet to your right. Walk through the nearby doorway and use the weapon locker on your right if you need to.
  13. Head down the hallway and try to find cover when that large creature appears and throws a huge piece of rubble at you.
  14. Continue on the right and make a right into the first room. Get the E99 Tech on the filing cabinet and read the note on the desk.
  15. Walk into the next room catty-corner from you and get the Health pack on the floor and read the note on the desk.
  16. Turn left out the door and walk through the next door. Shoot the E-99 on the walls and proceed down the stairs. Shoot the rest of the E-99 before you walk down the last flight of stairs.
  17. Grab the E99 Tech on the floor and cautiously proceed down the hallway. Out of nowhere, the huge creature will come bursting through the wall and when he does, aim for the blue glowing orb in his chest and shoot him several times to scare him off.
  18. Get the Stimpack inside of the yellow case down the hallway. Turn left and then left again. Shoot the E-99 plants that appear on the walls.
  19. Walk through the doorway straight ahead to pick up some AR9 ammo and to read the note on the desk.
  20. Walk through the doorway catty-corner from you and revert the audio recording. Get the supplies out of the red case.
  21. Turn right out of the door and then left through the partially opened double doors. In the first room on your left there a couple of Stimpacks on the last sink.
  22. Turn left and read the note in the back corner of the room just straight ahead. There is another note on the desk and some Centurion ammo back in the last row of filing cabinets.
  23. Walk into the little room to your right and grab the E99 Tech and Volk ammo. Watch the film archive to learn about another one of Barisov’s awesome weapons.
  24. Walk back out into the hallway and shoot the newly formed E-99 plants on the wall. Turn left outside of the double doors and follow the pathway around.
  25. When you come to the big hole in the wall on your left, jump down, making sure not to touch the big E-99 plant just below you.
  26. Walk over to the other side and get the E99 Tech inside of the yellow case. Turn left and jump up the crates.
  27. Crouch and pick up the SNV sniper rife that is leaning on the tank if you don’t already have one. Take out the three guards with three sniper shots but remain crouched behind the tank because more guards will come out.
  28. Take out the rest of the guards in the surrounding area before advancing. Once you have done so, jump up the pile of crates that are located just right of the stairs in the far left corner of the area.
  29. Jump through the tiny hole in the wall. Get the E99 Tech from the case in the right corner of this room.
  30. Walk over to the partially opened gate and age the blue case on the other side. Once it is flattened, grab it using your TMD and pull it across on the other side. Once you’ve set it down, revert it and use it as a step to jump over the gate to get to the other side.
  31. Grab the Volk ammo and Health Pack from the room on your left. Get the supplies from the red case in the main room. Read the note and grab the E99 Tech located on the desk behind you. You can also use the weapon locker if need be.
  32. Walk back out toward the gate. Perform the safe method as before to bring the blue case back to your side. Carry it into the small room and revert it back to size under the wall with the writing on it. Jump onto top and then jump up to the secret ladder located right above it.
  33. Use your TMD to grab the E99 Tech located on the beam to your left. Drop down in this next area and grab the E99 Tech on the floor to the right. Use the switch on the wall to open the big door.
  34. BOSS SCENE:If you hadn’t guessed by all of the dead bodies hanging from the ceiling, this is the point where you finally get to fight the huge creature. After he teleports across the ceiling, take note of the on-screen instructions to use the anti-gravity device on your TMD to catch gasoline barrels that will be thrown at you.
  35. As soon as the creature comes down, he will immediately throw a gasoline barrel at you. Once you catch it, simply hurl it back at him. After you hit him, he will then teleport to another area. As soon as he does, run to the area that he was just at and make a 360 degree turn. He will then reappear somewhere in the vicinity.
  36. Once you have successfully hit him with five barrels, you will have destroyed the blue orb in his chest. He will then teleport to the ceiling and send down two Zeks.
  37. Once you kill the Zeks, wait for the boss creature to rejoin you. Run in a circle around him to entice him to take a swing at you with his huge hammer-thingy. Once this gets stuck in the ground, run around behind him and unload a round of rapid-fire on the blue orb on his back.
  38. After you destroy the orb on his back, he will again teleport to the celling and several more Zeks will appear (tip: use the Volk on the smaller creatures to conserve AR9 ammo for the boss).
  39. Once you defeat them, the boss will reappear alternate between hurling gasoline barrels and taking swings at you. Always be moving because this time around his teleports are more frequent and harder to predict.
  40. The further away you are, the more barrels that he will throw at you. If you use your TMD to throw back the barrels and hit him five more times in the head, you will have defeated him.

Escort Kathryn To Dr. Barisov’s Tower

  1. Listen for Kathryn’s voice and follow her through the door. Grab the E99 Tech inside of the orange case straight ahead. Pick up another E99 Tech and some ammo on the floor nearby.
  2. Pick up more supplies across from here and then kill all of the attacking Zeks to give Kathryn enough time to unlock the gate.
  3. Follow Kathryn through the gate and kill the Zek that attacks her. Disregard the Zeks that continue to appear and just follow Kathryn up the stairs.
  4. Drop off the ledge and pick up the ammo on the ground to the right. Help Kathryn hold off the attacking Zeks before she heads through the gate. Grab the E99 Tech in the orange case before following her.

Defend The Tower

  1. Grab all of the ammo and the Health Pack on the crate and then prepare for the onslaught of Zeks.
  2. Use your TMD to pick up the gasoline barrels next to the stairs and hurl them at the Zeks after they climb over the fence. If you walk upstairs, you will get a better vantage point from all angles. Try to shoot as many as you can as they climb up the fence.
  3. Hold them off as long as possible; when Kathryn gives you the word, follow her into the elevator upstairs.
  4. After you watch Barisov’s video on the truth about Demichev, head up stairs and use the Augmentor to add new TMD equipment and/or perks.
  5. Turn right and wind around to the next room. Shoot the padlocks on the three lockers to acquire a couple of E99 Techs. Open the cabinet to get a Health Pack and a Stimpack. Grab another E99 Tech in the open chest at the end of the room. You can also read several of Barisov’s journal entry notes before heading back downstairs
  6. Head down the next flight of stairs and flip the switch to use the elevator. Break the padlock on the locker to your left to get an E99 Tech, then use the TMD upgrade device on the right.
  7. Use your new Deadlock power by shooting a blue sphere at the huge fan blades to slow down time and walk through them unscathed.
  8. Use the weapon locker on the right if you need to, then walk down the pathway behind you. Fall down the hole and proceed forward.
  9. Before you reach the ladder you will suddenly fall through the ground. When you come to from your near death free-fall, use your TMD to either age or fire an Impulse blast to kill these annoying little guys known as Phase Ticks. Don’t try to shoot them; they’re too quick.
  10. Once they’re dead, walk up the small set of stairs with the flattened medkit. Revert it using your TMD and grab the Health Packs inside.
  11. Turn left and walk all the way around the path, making sure to pick up the Volk ammo and E99 Tech along the way. Revert the green case when you see it to get the ammo inside.
  12. Head back to the helm and turn it to open the big door straight ahead.

Escape The Sewers

  1. As soon as the door opens, a ton of Phase Ticks will charge you. Remember to either age them or send an Impulse blast to kill them as easily as possible.
  2. Grab the Health Pack and Stimpack that are sitting in the sewer water and then head through the big open door.
  3. Destroy the large orange Phase Tick eggs on the walls and then kill the live Phase Ticks that will accost you from both both sides.
  4. When you get to the bars at the end of the pathway, use the ladder to your right. Climb up the next ladder just ahead and witness a time warp that is probably a precursor to a frightening boss.
  5. Revert the audio recording on the floor and grab the Weapon Tech. Turn left down the hallway and destroy the Phase Tick eggs on the walls.
  6. Revert another audio recording to learn more about the spookiness of the sewers. Grab the Health Pack and E99 Techs on the floor.
  7. Age the E-99 vines to create a step up to the ladder. Once up the ladder, kill the Phase Ticks that will be waiting for you.
  8. Get the E99 Tech out of the locker to your right, then head up the steps. Turn right and sprint down down the railway toward the railcar as the that huge crab-like beast takes stabs at you through the wall.

Meet Barisov In The Control Tower

  1. Once you wake up from yet another near-death experience, head through the blue door on the right. Use an Impulse blast to break the wooden boards and then get the E99 Tech to the right.
  2. Grab the two other E99 Techs over to the left, then proceed down the pathway to your right.
  3. Turn left through the doorway and grab two more E99 Techs on the floor. There will be another E99 tech through the whole in the wall on your right.
  4. Enter into the room on your right, grab the E99 Tech, then give yourself a running start and jump up the crate and catch the ladder.
  5. After you climb up, get the Health Pack and Stimpack if you need them, then climb up the tiny ladder that will lead you into a ventilation shaft.
  6. Once you get through the shaft, turn left and use a Deadlock sphere to slow down the blades and cross through.
  7. Turn right to get the supplies in the red case, then head across and walk through another tiny shaft.
  8. Turn left past the crates to read the journal entries of Pavel Fedorov. Head back and turn left through the blue door. Grab the Bio Formula on the table. Walk up the steps to meet with Barisov.

Get To The Docks

  1. Grab the Weapon Tech and the TMD Blueprint on the desk behind you, then use the Augmentor in the corner.
  2. Climb down ladder and pick up the SNV sniper rifle leaning against the sandbags. Crouch so that you are covered and take out guards across the way.
  3. Once you kill all of the guards, activate the Chrono Ping function on your TMD and follow the footsteps towards the crane. When you get to the crane, revert it using your TMD to fix it.
  4. Take cover behind the nearby crates kill the oncoming guards. Make your way back up to the area where you picked up the sniper rifle. Allow Barisov to lower the crane and walk onto the platform.
  5. Pick up the ammo and Health Pack, then take out the guards along the railing using your sniper rifle. As the crane moves you across the area, continue to take out all of the guards. Make sure to look for red gasoline barrels to create explosions and take out multiple guards.

Find The Train

  1. Once the platform comes to a stop, take out the guards to your right. Make sure to utilize the gasoline barrel under the bridge.
  2. Advance forward and head through the open double doors on your left. Grab the sniper ammo in the locker and then head upstairs.
  3. As soon as you see the creature hanging above the doorway, shoot it as you back up to avoid his claws when he leaps out at you.
  4. Head through the doorway and pick up the TMD Blueprint on the shelf to the right. Turn right and crouch to crawl through the shaft.
  5. Turn right to listen to an audio recording and pick up an E99 Tech. Head back in the opposite direction and use your anti-gravity power to pick up the blue case that is surrounded by the blue glowing light. Drop the case near you. Use a Deadlock blast to slow down the blades, then pick the blue case back up again and cross through.
  6. Carry the case all the way around, then drop it in front of the next set of fan blades. Jump on it, use another Deadlock blast and cross over.
  7. Head through the tiny shaft and pick up the Health Pack inside. Drop down into the next area and — after you pass through the time warp — use a series of Deadlock blasts to slow down the attacking creatures. While they are temporarily frozen, shoot them.
  8. Revert a flattened ammo box in the corner and then grab the ammo. There is also a medkit on the table in the back that can be reverted to give you two Health Packs.
  9. Grab the Volk and ammo on the crates to the left if you need them, then move upstairs and out the door. Shoot the padlock on the left locker and get the E99 Tech. Open the dumpster to grab the E99 Cell and read the note.
  10. Age the staircase to flatten it, then grab the E99 Tech in the rubble. Revert the staircase back and head up.
  11. Revert the terrifying audio recording on the desk, then drop down the hole.
  12. Grab the E99 Tech on the sofa, then head through the door. Get the two E99 Techs on the shelves to your left. Move forward and take out the two Zeks that appear in front of the stairs.
  13. Shoot the padlock on the door to your right. Get the supplies in the red case, as well as the E99 Techs on the desk and shelf. There is also a Stimpack and another E99 Tech in the locker near the door.
  14. Head out and up the stairs. Flip the switch at the end of the path. As soon as you do this, three Zeks will enter through the big door just below. Shoot the red gasoline barrel to kill them with one shot.
  15. Kill the other Zek that appears, then head through the big door and down the hallway. Step into the elevator, flip the switch, and revert the audio recording to listen to it.
  16. The creatures in this next hallway are called Reverts. Move slowly so they won’t hear you, then shoot them. Kill the one on the right and then the two others that will come down the hallway. Get the E99 Tech to the right, then proceed down the hallway.
  17. Grab the E99 Tech on the right side of the floor, then shoot the Revert that will charge you from the right. Grab the E99 Techs on the right side, then quickly turn around and shoot the two others coming from the left.
  18. Advance forward and shoot the E99 plant on the wall. Get the E99 Techs straight ahead, then kill the Revert to the right and the other two that will come around from both sides.
  19. Get the E99 Tech on the left, then head down the hallway to your right.
  20. Get the E99 at the end of the hall. Revert the two fallen spherical beams, then age the E-99 vine and continue forward.
  21. Head through the doorway and jump into the tiny hole next to the Phase Tick egg on the wall to the left.
  22. Drop down and crawl through the tiny shaft to get some Stimpacks and pick up the E99 Tech next to the E-99 plant.
  23. Crawl back through and stand near the edge of the gap. Revert the E-99 vines below to create a platform for you to get across.
  24. Jump through the doorway. Turn left and you’ll see three Reverts standing in water. Use your TMD to revert the switch on the left wall to electrocute and kill all three.
  25. Head down this path. Pick up the E99 Tech to the right. When you reach the end, jump up into the the tunnel on your right. As soon as you do, send a Impulse blast to kill the oncoming Phase Ticks.
  26. Pick up the E99 Tech on the right and continue to the left. Destroy the Phase Tick eggs on the ceiling before heading down the path to your right.
  27. Climb up the tiny ladder on your right and kill the three Reverts. Grab the E99 Tech to the right, as well as the two right in front of the gate.
  28. Kill the Revert to the left and proceed forward. Revert the E-99 vine to the right of the manhole cover to pry open the gate, then age it back. Age the blue case on the other side to flatten it, then use your anti-gravity power to bring it toward you and drop in front of the entrance to the tunnel.
  29. Revert it, then use it as a step to to hop up into the tunnel. Get the Weapon Tech that will fall from the ceiling to the left and then continue to the right.
  30. Drop down and play the audio recording. Age the blue case to your right, carry it over, and set it under the bay door on your left. Revert it to pry open the door, then crouch and crawl under.
  31. Shoot he E-99 plants on the walls. Grab the blue case, carry it over to the next gate, and use it as a step to jump over.
  32. Drop down and age the E-99 vine to lower the red case. Grab the E99 Techs inside and then kill the Reverts down the hallway.
  33. Turn into the first room on your left and get the Stimpack and E99 Tech on the floor. Revert the ammo case and medkit case for some extra ammo and health.
  34. Head across and revert the lock next to the door to open it. Revert another ammo case, then get the E99 Techs and Bio Formula.
  35. Head back out and turn right. Use the TMD upgrade, then take out the three Reverts to your left by reverting the switch on the wall to electrocute them.
  36. Head all the way down this path and get the ammo and E99 Techs in the room. Head back and walk through the now open door to your left.
  37. As soon as you walk through, test out your new Reversion power on the near guard and watch as he  mutates into a Revert and then attacks the other soldier.
  38. Pick the Health Pack and the ammo near the sand bags, then continue down the path and keep your eyes peeled for guards. Remember that the Reversion power has the Reverts do the work of killing the guards for you, but that doesn’t make them your friend. Kill them once they have killed the guards.
  39. As you make your way up the stairs, make sure to get the Health Packs in the little side room along the way. Also, be wary of guards coming from downstairs as you make your ascent.
  40. Once you make it to the stairway in the middle of the area, walk up it and through the door. Revert the medkit and grab the Health Packs if you need them.
  41. Head through the opening in the gate to your right and get the E99 Tech in the red locker. Revert the ammo case and then head up the ladder to meet up with Kathryn.
  42. Shoot the guard down the hallway to the right, then follow Kathryn. Follow her instructions and pick up the Autocannon.
  43. Pick up the E99 Cell down the little hallway to your right before giving Kathryn a boost up to the vent above the door.
  44. Revert the staircase behind the door and ascend the stairs. Play the audio recording underneath the desk, then get the E99 Tech behind the bookcase in the corner and the one on the other side of the desk.
  45. Head through the door and access the Augmentor and the weapon locker to get what you need. Next, jump up and climb through the window.
  46. Once you drop down, move straight ahead and get the Health Pack and SNV sniper rifle. Look down toward the big bay door and age the E-99 vine to allow Kathryn to open the door.
  47. As soon as you open, guards will appear from every which way. Help Kathryn take out all of the guards. Your Autocannon will come in quite nicely here. Crouch behind the metal plate from where you picked up the sniper rifle for cover.
  48. Once you’ve defeated all of them, head all the way around the path, through the blue door, and drop down the hole in the ground. Pick up the E99 Techs and Autocannon ammo on the tool chest. You’ll also see a rather eerie message written on the floor that reads “don’t trust her.”
  49. Walk through the door and kill the two guards on the left. Head through the next door.

Rescue Kathryn

  1. Make your way across the area and use your Autocannon to kill the guard wearing the big TMD protective suit.
  2. Walk through the entryway and kill the two guards up the stairs. Head up the stairs and around the pathway. Kill the guard who comes through the door, then proceed through the door.
  3. Enter into the warehouse and kill the guard inside. Get cover behind the the crates and kill the two guards across the way. Revert the ammo box for some more ammo, then turn around and revert the medkit on the little flatbed truck to get some extra health.
  4. Advance through the warehouse door on the other side. Kill the guards inside, then head up stairs.
  5. Kill the guards upstairs and grab the Health Pack on the desk near the door. Head out the door and across the bridge. Grab the ammo near the next door before crossing the next bridge.
  6. Kill the guard that bursts through the door, advance and turn left around the structure. A guard will appear from nowhere and knock you over the railing; when he does, immediately hit him with an Impulse blast to avoid dying.
  7. Climb down the ladder and move through the whole in the wall. Kill the two guards in this room, then get the supplies in the red case on the right.
  8. Head through the next door and use your anti-gravity power to pick up the red gasoline barrel and throw it at the guard on the bridge. Kill the other guard if you need to before crossing the bridge.
  9. Head through the door and get the ammo and Health Pack sitting on the table. Advance forward and kill all of the guards waiting for you around the corner.
  10. Once they are dead, advance down the hall and prepare yourself for an onslaught of fire through the doorway on your left. Use a Deadlock blast to slow down three of the guards and then take out the one wearing the TMD-resistive suit.
  11. Kill the other guards, then use the elevator to get downstairs. Revert the ammo and medkit boxes, then head down the hallway on your right.
  12. Walk around the generators and kill the two guards in the TMD-resistant suits. Kill the guard up on the bridge and then the two guards around to the right.
  13. Wind around the generators and then kill the guard who bursts through the double doors. Head over to the left, pick up the E99 Techs, then head through the doors.
  14. Head up the stairs and kill the guards in the room to the right. Walk through the doorway straight ahead and pick up the TMD Blueprint on the desk, as well as the Health Pack and E99 Cell just below.
  15. Head back into the main room and kill the guard that comes through the doors. Head through the next set of doors and kill the two guards before they shoot Kathryn. Walk behind Kathryn to untie her, then follow her through the door.
  16. Head into the room straight ahead and revert the audio recording. Pick up the Bio Formula on the fallen cabinet, then head out the door and to the left.
  17. After Kathryn hits the switch to open the door, follow her down the stairs.

Fix The Engine

  1. Get the supplies out of the red case and the end of the hallway. Follow Kathryn through the double doors and pick up the Health Pack and a Seeker on the crates.
  2. Give Kathryn a boost, then take cover behind the crates. Use your Seeker to defeat all of the guards in the area. For the guards with the riot shields, aim your Seek shot at their feet.
  3. Once Kathryn fixes the train, walk toward her and have her pull you up. Stand on the circle in the middle of the four glowing balls.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and aim the TMD at the blue energy source to renew the train. Once you get the train to operate, access the weapon locker to get what you need.
  5. Get the E99 Techs and the E99 Cell in the yellow case behind you. Grab the ammo on the floor and revert the medkit just ahead to get a boost  to your health. Jump across to the next train car and prepare to fight that huge crab-like creature that you saw earlier.
  6. BOSS SCENE: After he throws a train in your direction, he’ll let out a roar and then stand up, exposing four glowing orange orbs. Use your Autocannon to destroy the top two first.
  7. After you destroy the top two orbs, run backwards as quickly as possible to avoid the swipes from his claws. If he is able to pin you down with one of his pincers, it will inflict a lot of damage.
  8. He will then disappear and move to one of the sides of the train car. Run to the side with the Health Pack to avoid his swipes and get some extra health.
  9. When he resumes his original position, take out the lower two orbs as he leans back to take a swipe. Time this so right as he starts to come down, you are already moving backwards to avoid getting hit.
  10. Once the lower two have been destroyed, two more will appear on both sides of his head. Destroy one of these and three more will appear on the joints of his elbows and his chest. Destroy the bigger orb in his chest first.
  11. If he hasn’t done so already, he will now try to take a bite out of you with his mouth. When does this, aim and shoot for his mouth to get him to back off.
  12. Destroy the two orbs on his elbows and then, finally, take out the orb that reappears on the other side of his face.
  13. Once you destroy him, he will pull down the train car that you have been standing on. Quickly destroy the Phase Ticks with an Impulse blast.
  14. Turn left and head through the train car. Destroy all of the Phase Ticks and their eggs in this area and then jump across to the next train car.
  15. Hey! Shouldn’t he be dead?! After he takes a swipe at you, watch him fall and then jump across the next few train cars. Stand on the circle in between the four glowing blue orbs and then watch as you use your TMD to finally finish this boss off.

Locate The Pearl

  1. After finally reaching the docks, move off the train and around to the right to use the Augmentor. Next, head upstairs and around the hallway to your left.
  2. Grab the E99 Tech in the locker, then walk up an old set of damaged stairs. Turn around and revert them to create a bridge to the other side.
  3. On the other side, get the E99 Tech out of the locker in the corner. Drop down from the window and revert the blue case. Pick it up and move it to the left, just in front of the gate. Jump on it and use it as a step to jump on the skinny frame of the gate.
  4. Jump over to the platform on your right, then turn around, get a running start and jump across the gap. Head down the catwalk and revert the ammo case and grab the Health Pack at the end.
  5. Go back, age the blue case,  and then bring it all the way back. Drop it over the edge of the railing and then jump down. Set it on the pallet and revert it to use as step to grab the E99 Techs and the Weapon Tech on the ledge.
  6. Hop back down, turn around and carry the blue case toward the partially opened bay door. Place it under the door, then revert it to pry open the door and crouch to crawl through.
  7. As soon as you crawl through, hit the swarm of Phase Ticks with an Impulse blast to kill them. Get the supplies out of the orange case, then proceed forward.
  8. Point your TMD in the direction of the glowing blue mass on your right. Use your anti-gravity power to pull out a flat blue case. Carry it around all the way to the left and set it on the stack of crates. Stand on top of it, revert it, then hop over the gate to the other side.
  9. Shoot and destroy the E-99 plants on the walls. Head up the stairs and turn to your left to get a Bio Formula, then advance and destroy the rest of the E-99 plants.
  10. Destroy the newly formed plants as you turn left around the tanks. Pick up the E99 Tech and then revert the control panel on the left wall to open the big door.
  11. Head around the catwalk and pick up the Health Pack on the crate at the end of the stairs. Pick up the E99 Techs and the Seeker inside of the storage bin.
  12. Once you walk through the other side of the storage bin, you will be engulfed in a huge time wave that will permanently take you back to 1955. Grab some cover behind one of the stacks of pallets and use the Seeker to take out all of the guards.
  13. Once you have killed all of the guards in this section, head upstairs and update your weapons and/or TMD by using the Augmentor on the left. Head down the hall and pick up the Health Packs and more Seeker ammo in the room to your left.
  14. Continue forward and shoot the padlock on the hatch above the ladder. Climb up and grab the Weapon Tech. Take out the guards below with the Seeker.
  15. Once they are all dead, head back down the ladder, move to the door to your right and walk downstairs. Walk out toward middle of the area and walk down the short set of stairs to the left. Grab the E99 Tech and the Health Pack on the shelf inside of the nearby room.
  16. Head across to the stairs on the other side and quickly open the yellow case and grab the E99 Techs before you are suddenly pulled out of the time wave.
  17. Once you are back in 2010, move to the right of the engine thing with the four blue orbs that are usually glowing. Walk down the steps and get the TMD Blueprint on the crate to the right.

Restore Power To The TMD Amplification Platform

  1. After you get your instructions from Barisov, head up the steps and back into the room behind you, where you picked up the E99 Tech and Health Pack while in 1955.
  2. Get the ammo and Health Pack on the shelf and read the note of the foreman’s log.
  3. Drop down into the hole behind you and swim through the murky water. Make sure to swim around the E-99 plants. When you get to a shiny valve to your left, twist it to lower the water.
  4. Turn back behind you and get the Weapon Tech in the fallen shelf. Turn back around and use your anti-gravity power to pull the power cell out of the light blue phase.
  5. Hold it and aim it toward the right side of the machine that is emitting sparks. Throw it in that direction to restore power to the platform.
  6. Head back through the doorway, turn left and head up the ladder. Head out the doors and up onto the platform. Flip the switch and watch as The Pearl reverts itself.

Locate The Rear Cargo Bay

  1. Step off of the platform and move forward, walking next to the freighter. Walk all the way to the end and get the E99 Tech in the yellow case.
  2. Turn around and grab the Health Pack next to the crate. Turn back around, look up towards the freighter and use your TMD to release the hook that is holding up the staircase.
  3. Walk up. After a crazy-sounding monster moves some of the storage bins around, walk into the open one on the left and get the Health Pack inside.
  4. Step out and walk around the bin to the left and kill the oncoming Zeks on the left. Turn around and get the supplies in the yellow case.
  5. Proceed down the path and walk through the door and up the stairs. Make your ascent up the sets of stairs to reach the cabin.
  6. When you reach the cabin, crawl through the tiny shaft on the right. Head up the stairs and through the door.
  7. After you experience a brief time wave, grab the AR9 ammo from the open locker. Revert the audio recording on the table and get the E99 Tech in the nearby locker.
  8. Turn left and head through the door. Once downstairs, pick up the Dethex Launcher on the floor to the right.
  9. Use the weapon locker in the back if you need to. Read the note on the shelf in the opposite corner, then crouch and crawl through the shaft.
  10. Grab the E99 Tech in the yellow case, then revert the broken control panel on the wall (it will be emitting sparks).
  11. Head back through the shaft and flip the switch to open the door. Head down the flight of stairs and kill the Zeks. Pick up the ammo and Health Pack before heading through the storage bin.
  12. Allow the Zeks to kill the soldiers, then kill the Zeks. Pick up the E99 Cell and crawl through the small space to the right. Kill the guards on the other side as you advance through another storage bin.
  13. Pick up the E99 Tech and Health Pack, then head through the door. Head through the next door and kill the two guards around the corner.
  14. Head down another flight of stairs. After the scary time wave, open the door and follow the path around. Grab the Weapon Tech to your left and use the weapon locker.
  15. Move through the open door on your left and then turn into the first room on your left. Grab Bio Formula and read the note from the captain.
  16. Turn around and shoot the padlock on the locker to get the E99 Tech inside. Advance and kill the four Reverts around the corner.
  17. Turn left and head toward the light above the doorway. About halfway down the hall, a creature will burst out from the door on the left; kill it and get the E99 Cell from the case inside.
  18. Head back down the hallway, all the way until you walk through another time wave and reach a bed. Grab the E99 Tech and revert the recording. Revert the medkit on the floor and get the Health Packs inside. Grab the ammo on the floor and age the safe on the wall to get the supplies inside.
  19. Walk out and to the right and head straight through the next two doors. Grab the two E99 Techs next to the bars on the right. Kill the Zeks that will be waiting around the corner.
  20. Head through the next doorway that leads to the cargo hold. Get the supplies out of the red case on the right. Head down the stairs and get the Dethex ammo in the locker just ahead.
  21. Turn right and kill the Phase Ticks that crawl out from under the huge bust of Demichev’s head. Walk through the storage bin on the right and kill the Zeks on the other side. Walk around the crates and up the stairs.
  22. Grab the nearby gasoline barrel with your TMD and hurl it at the soldiers and the Zeks. Read the note about Demichev’s plans for taking over Russia and grab the E99 Tech.
  23. Use the Augmentor on the right. Move toward the door, but grab all AR9 ammo and revert the medkit case before you walk through.
  24. Proceed across the hallway and then downstairs. Grab the supplies in the red case. Quickly throw the nearby gasoline barrel up toward the guards on the second level, then take out the oncoming Phase Ticks.
  25. Head through the door just ahead. After you pass through a time warp, Revert the control panel on the wall, then head down the hallway.
  26. Quickly run up stairs, use the weapon locker and run through the door.
  27. Get the supplies in the case, then make your way into the water and swim to the E99 Bomb.

Escape From The Pearl Before It Sinks

  1. Make your way up to the surface and walk up the slightly submerged storage bin. Grab the supplies out of the case on the right.
  2. Sprint around the path and pick up the TMD Blueprint on the left wall before you head upstairs. Get the E99 Tech on the floor, then sprint all the way around until you reach the open door on your right. Head through the door and up stairs.
  3. As soon as you are hit by a wave and find yourself underwater, swim to the right and then left through the door. As soon as you pass through the door, begin to swim up towards the surface and let Barisov pull you up.
  4. Once you wake up, go over and talk to Barisov and get the bad news from him that Kathryn is dead.

Charge The E99 Bomb At The Cooker

  1. Grab the E99 Tech on the table behind Barisov. Turn back around and equip yourself with your choice of weapons from the weapon locker. Get the Health Pack on the bed, the ammo on the crates and the E99 Tech on the shelf.
  2. Head through the blue double doors and turn left across the catwalk. Age the shiny part of the catwalk to make it collapse, then hop down and get the Health Pack, ammo and the supplies in the case.
  3. Walk up the two sloped boards, turn right, and climb up the ladder. Head back across the catwalk and turn left down the broken set of stairs. Grab the E99 Tech in the case and then use the Augmentor on the left before continuing down the path.
  4. Continue down the path and use a Impulse blast to destroy the Phase Ticks on the ground and ceiling. Turn left at the part with all of the Phase Tick eggs and then make another left.
  5. Walk all the way down and get the E99 Techs out of the lockers before walking down the stairs. As soon as you make the turn down the first flight, an onslaught of Phase Ticks will be coming up the stairs. Back up quickly and hit them with a few Impulse blasts.
  6. Destroy all of the E-99 plants guarding the door before passing through. Get the E99 Techs on the ground to the left, then continue around to the right.
  7. After you pass the crazy lizard-thing crawling up the left wall, continue following the path around to the place where you will meet him and one of his friends face-to-face.
  8. Don’t waste any time (or health) and hurl a Deadlock blast in their direction. With them temporarily frozen, use your Autocannon if you have it and blow both of them away.
  9. Walk up the stairs and through the door.

Locate And Use The TMD Platform

  1. Head straight through the opening doors. Turn left and head up the stairs. Use the weapon locker if you need to, then walk around to the right and get the Health Pack and the supplies in the case.
  2. Head up the next flight of stairs and flip the switch.

Activate Hydro Generator To Supply Powergrid

  1. Head downstairs and out the door. Head directly across to the other doorway and turn into the first room on the left.
  2. Access the weapon locker and equip yourself with the Dethex Launcher. Head through the nearby doorway and grab the Dethex ammo to the left.
  3. Fire two blasts so that they land under the tiny hole in the wall, underneath the two gated windows. These blasts will create a larger hole. Get closer to the hole and fire one more blast inside of the room to kill the creatures on the other side.
  4. Exit through the doorway and proceed through the now open doorway on your left. Head down the stairs and follow the path around to the hole in front of the the gate.
  5. Drop down the hole and head up the series of ladders. Advance down the path and flip the switch on the yellow controller to raise the water.
  6. Head back toward the ladders and dive into the water. Make only right turns, which will lead you down narrow pathways. Once you pass the floating creature in the water, come to the surface, turn to the left, and grab all of the supplies on the floor.
  7. Revert the audio recording, then flip the switch on the controller to create a new space to swim through. Dive into the water, swim through the new opening, then make another right and continue swimming all the way down.
  8. Once you reach the end, come up for air and age the blue case on the left. Carry it over to the other side of the room, place it in front of the window, and revert it to create a step.
  9. Jump out the window and get the ammo on the left side as you make your way down the path.
  10. As soon as you make the turn to your left, a gang of scary Zeks will be waiting for you, along with a bigger creature that you probably haven’t seen yet. Use Deadlock blasts to freeze them, then, if you still have your Dethex Launcher, roll a few blasts in the blue sphere to kill them.
  11. Continue around the turn and head through the door to your right. Head up the stairs and then over to your right, where you can get two E99 Techs out of the red lockers.
  12. Shoot the padlock on the door to your right. Grab the Weapon Tech on the table, the Health Pack on the floor, and the E99 Techs inside the safe. There are also supplies in the red case, next to the door.
  13. Head up the stairs, turn right, and head over to the blue room and get the supplies out of the safe to your left. Turn right and head down the stairs out the door.
  14. Turn right on the bridge, jump into the water, and swim over to the ladder. Once you climb it, flip the nearby switch to lower the water.
  15. Turn around and jump back into the water. Swim toward the vortex. Once you are on your feet, turn right and then right again into and underground tunnel.
  16. Advance down the tunnel, then make a right into the next one and up the ladder. Pick up the supplies inside the case on the floor along with the Weapon Tech.
  17. Use the Augmentor, then head down the steps and through the closed door. Jump off the ledge and head back around to the ladder that leads to the switch.
  18. Before you climb the ladder, you will pass a brown crate with some rope tied around it. There will be a padlock connected to the gate, sitting just above the crate; shoot it, then climb up the ladder.
  19. Flip the switch to release the water, then quickly jump down and jump onto the crate and let the water raise you up.
  20. Jump onto the broken piece of catwalk, then head up the stairs. Flip the switch on the center console to activate the platform.
  21. Before you head downstairs, equip yourself with an Autocannon from the weapons locker, then take out the guards who will be waiting for you downstairs.
  22. Continue along the path to your left. Use your Reversion power to turn one of the guards into a Revert and have him help you kill other guards.
  23. Take out the Zeks and kill the other guards as you continue down the path. Make sure to pick up one of the guard’s sniper rifles along the way because it will come in handy later. Use the stairs and head through the door on the right.
  24. Head straight through the tow doorways, then make a left to lead you out to the platform. Follow Barisov’s instructions and use the TMD to fix the platform.
  25. Head down the newly erected structure and climb up the cement tower on the right. Take out as many guards as you can using your sniper, but keep in mind that there will be some enemies that show up from behind you.
  26. After you have thinned the pack of guards, advance to the next cement tower. Take out the guards up in the watch towers first, then take out the rest of the guards on the ground
  27. Head around the tank and through the blue door on the right.

Find Another Way To The Cooker

  1. Pick up the Seeker on the left and choose your weapon setup from the weapon locker. Grab the Health Pack on the floor, get the supplies out of the red case and get the E99 Tech out of the locker to your right before heading through the door.
  2. Head around the path and kill the two guards and the group of Reverts. Near the pile of now dead Reverts, there should be a switch on a yellow box on the left wall; flip it and walk through the door.
  3. Advance to the other side and kill the huge creature by freezing him with a Deadlock blast and then shooting him.
  4. Once he is dead, walk over to the left, where there will be a canister sitting on a platform. Hop onto the platform and age the canister to take off the weight to allow you to be lifted up. Once the platform comes to a stop, turn around and face the platform holding the crate down below. Now revert the canister and quickly jump across to the other platform as it raises up.
  5. Step off the platform, turn right, and head through the tiny crawl space over in the corner. Drop down the hole and head through the open doorway (don’t go through the doors with the padlocks, they will only lead you out to the area you just came from).
  6. Use the weapon locker if you need to, break the padlock on the locker to your right to get a TMD Blueprint, then walk through the next doorway and down the stairs.
  7. Follow the path around to your left and grab the Health Pack on the floor, along with the supplies in the case. Continue following the path around to where you will enter through a brief time wave.
  8. Turn right through the door with the light above it and grab the TMD Blueprint in the locker straight ahead. Turn left through the open doorway and use a Deadlock blast to get past the fan blades.
  9. Turn left, grab the Seeker ammo on the shelf and quickly kill the creature to your left. Grab the supplies out of the case, the E99 Tech out of the locker and the all-important gas mask hanging to the left of the lockers.

Traverse Abandoned Tunnels

  1. Head back the same way you came and when you see the hole with the green gas coming out of it, it will be safe to drop down.
  2. Grab the nearby oxygen tank and head through the double doors (there will be plenty of oxygen tanks to pick up in this area, so don’t worry about getting all them). Kill the creature on the other side and proceed forward.
  3. Revert the blue case in the corner and carry it around. Kill the creature who will charge you and carry the blue case around and into the room.
  4. If you want, you can age the shiny part of the catwalk that you just crossed over and get a few E99 Techs below if you are running low, but if not, set the blue case near the pile of crates and jump up and into the tiny shaft.
  5. Get the oxygen tank on the floor and crawl through to the other side. Grab the Health Pack on the floor and the E99 Cell on floor to your left. Kill the attacking Reverts, grab another oxygen tank, get the supplies out of the case on the right, flip the switch to your left and head upstairs.
  6. Turn left –  you will cross into another temporary time wave. Walk through the door and turn left up the small set of steps. Grab another oxygen tank and get the E99 Tech inside of the ventilation shaft.
  7. Turn right through the doorway and use the Augmentor. Get another oxygen tank if you are running low.
  8. Before you press the button on the wall, have a Deadlock blast ready. Flip the switch and shoot the blast through the window, toward the door that just opened on the other side. Quickly make your way around to the left and through the open door.
  9. Grab a couple more oxygen tanks before proceeding into the next room and into another time wave.
  10. Use your TMD to enter through the rift that develops following the time wave. Now in 1955, turn around and use your TMD to grab one of the blue cases in left corner.
  11. Still using your anti-gravity power to hold the box, carry it with you back through the rift and into the present day. Head around and set it in front of the elevator on the right, jump up and crouch under the door to access the elevator.

Shutdown Perimeter Defenses

  1. Once you have exited the elevator, use the weapon locker. Grab the E99 Cell and the supplies in the case to your right
  2. Age the blue base in the left corner and with it flattened, set it on the nearby crate, jump up onto it and head through the shaft.
  3. Drop down and kill the unsuspecting guard sitting at the chair. Use a Deadlock blast to freeze all of the guards in the room straight ahead, then run through the sphere and light them up with a few rounds.
  4. Head through the room to your left, get the Health Pack on the shelf and the E99 Tech inside the red locker.
  5. Kill the next group of guards that come running in through the door. Head through the door and kill the guard around the corner. Grab the ammo on the shelves if you need it and advance.
  6. Turn left and age the control panel on the wall to the right of the big red rectangle. With the red rectangle now gone, run across and get the supplies out of the case, then head down the stairs.

Gain Entry To The Cooker

  1. Follow the path around and kill the Zeks and guards along the way. Once you enter into the first room, get the E99 Tech on the shelf to your right, then turn around and get the supplies out of the red case.
  2. Head through the next doorway. After that huge creature busts the doors on the two guards, hit him with a Deadlock blast and then unleash a bunch of rounds on him for an easy kill.
  3. Kill the two Zeks that run in after him and head outside. Move down the path and in the room to your right, pick up the Weapon Tech, E99 Cell, Stimpack and Health Pack.
  4. As you head down the stairs E-99 plants will appear before you in your path; simply shoot them and continue your descent.
  5. Drop down off of the ledge. Run across and get the supplies out of the orange case.

Find The Rail Cart

  1. Turn to the left and kill the guards in the next area. Use another Deadlock blast to freeze the big crab-like creature for an easy kill. Get the E99 Tech in the case to the right, then continue forward.
  2. Head up the steps and kill the guards down the path to the right. There will be another one of those crab creatures — as boring as it might sound, the Deadlock blast is the most effective way to kill him.
  3. Advance through the next big doorway and kill the two guards. Get the supplies in the case that is located under the stairs, and get the supplies over in the lockers before heading upstairs.
  4. Cross the bridge and get the Stimpack and the E99 Tech before heading up the next flight of stairs.
  5. Kill the heavily armored guard and if you don’t have one already, pick up the RLS-7. Step onto the platform and flip the switch to carry you across.
  6. Fire a Deadlock blast down toward the crab creatures on your right and then hit them with your RLS.
  7. Once you safely arrive in the facility, head through the room on your right. Grab the Health Pack on the shelf and get the E99 Tech out of the locker. You’ll also find some ammo on the floor, another E99 Tech and Health Pack in the locker with the padlock, more supplies in the case behind you and an E99 Cell on the chair.

Find Rift To 1955 Cooker

  1. Use the weapon locker and revert the control panel on the wall. Step outside and flip the switch to open the big door.
  2. Kill the Reverts, then head through the circular door in front of you.
  3. Follow the path around the E-99 bomb. Get to the elevator and use it to get to the time rift.
  4. Once in 1955, head down the stairs and up and around to the other side. Head to the right and then enter the lab on the right.
  5. Grab the Bio Formula on the back table, then flip the yellow switch behind you and walk across to the elevator.
  6. Run down the hall and take out the two guards. Turn right and enter through the circular door. Grab the E99 Techs on the tables.
  7. Head back to the circular door. After the doors reopen, pick up one of the cryo tanks and hurl it towards the guards to freeze them. Kill them, then continue down the path and kill the rest of the guards that you encounter.
  8. Kill the group of guards down the area to the right. Turn into the small space on the right and get the E99 Cells and E99 Tech on the desk, as well as the Health Pack on the shelf.
  9. Head to the left side of the lab and acquire all of the E99 Techs on the lab table, then turn around and head down the hallway.
  10. Get the Health Packs on the shelf, the E99 Tech in the red locker to your right and another one in the locker to your left.
  11. Head down the elevator and grab another E99 Tech in the locker, a Stimpack and some ammo in the other locker.
  12. Walk through the circular door. Use the cryo tanks to freeze the guards and take them out.
  13. Head down the two flights of stairs and grab the Health Packs. Kill the guards as you head down the tunnel to your right.
  14. Turn left and grab the E99 Cells on the table, then get the E99 Techs and Health Pack on the table on the other side.
  15. Walk up the steps and get the supplies out of the lockers. Enter through the circular door and kill all of the guards. Head up the elevator and make your first left toward the circular door. Enter through the door and kill Dr. Petrov.
  16. Get the E99 Tech out of the locker, the other E99 Techs off of the lab table and the E99 Cells on the other side of the table. Grab the Weapon Tech next to the center table and use the Augmentor. Grab the Activation Code on the desk.
  17. Head out the doorway, get the E99 Tech out of the locker and push the button to open the door and head downstairs.
  18. Kill the group of guards, then continue around to the right and use the activation code for the E-99 bomb. Once the the bomb has been charged, pick it back up.

Get Back To The Rift And Escape The Cooker

  1. As soon as you take the bomb, you will only have 60 seconds to get to the rift. Quickly run forward and cross the catwalk before turning left. Head left down the stairs, quickly kill the guards, and head into the elevator. Sprint through the hallway, then head through the circular door and into the rift.
  2. Now back in 2010, drop off of the ledge. Turn right and head down the pathway. Open the door to meet up with Barisov.
  3. Get the ammo, the supplies out of the case, the Health Pack and E99 Tech out of the lockers and use the weapon locker before following Barisov into the elevator.

Get To The Reactor

  1. Grab the E99 Techs on the floor to the right and left of you and continue following Barisov down the pathway.
  2. Kill the guards after you enter the time wave and then head upstairs. Get the E99 Techs to the right and then follow Barisov to the right. Use the Augmentor and weapon locker, then load up on ammo and health before reverting the control panel on the wall to the right.
  3. Enter through the gate where you will be caught in between time. Fight off the attacking creatures as best as you can and the time wave will eventually end.
  4. Grab the E99 Techs around the room and the get the Weapon Tech and revert the audio recording in the small room to the right. Head back out and follow Barisov upstairs.
  5. Following another time wave, use your TMD to age the E-99 plants to create a path, then open the double doors.

Find Barisov’s Lab

  1. Use the Augmentor, then head through the door that Barisov opens for you. Revert the control panel to your left and head through the next door, past all of soldiers who seem to lost in time.
  2. Get all of the E99 Techs in the corners of the room. Grab the Weapon Tech around the control panel, the Health Pack on the floor and revert the audio recording.
  3. Head into the next room and kill the guards. Grab the supplies on both of the shelves, then head through the double doors on your right.
  4. As time slows down, kill the guards in this next area and head upstairs. Walk around the path, then downstairs to the Augmentor. Grab the supplies on the shelf and revert the audio recording to hear where Barisov has hidden the TMD.
  5. Head back upstairs, turn left and head through the door. Pick up the E99 Tech and turn right down the stairs. Drop down from the ledge and head through the doorway on your left.
  6. Kill the group of Zeks, then head upstairs. Get the E99 Techs on the desk in front of you, then kill the guards and the Zeks.
  7. Grab the Autocannon ammo and the Stimpack on the desk to your left before turning left through the next doorway.
  8. Walk straight ahead through the doors and into a time wave with Barisov and Demichev. Load up on ammo on the desk to your left and revert the audio recording.
  9. Use the weapon locker to the right corner of the room. Head down the hall next to the weapon locker to get your TMD upgraded.

Return To Barisov

  1. Turn around and head back through the door. Test out your new Uber Impulse on the guards. Use a Deadlock blast to disable them, then shoot ‘em up. Pick up an RLS-7 from one of these guards if you don’t have one already.
  2. Turn left and kill the two guards that burst through the door. Follow the pathway around and kill the next group of guards using the RLS.
  3. Once across the catwalk, turn left — you will caught in yet another time wave. Kill the Phase Ticks that appear, then head downstairs.
  4. Kill the next group of Phase Ticks and grab some health on the shelves to your right if you need it. Once you pass by the guards that are frozen in time, a time wave will suddenly hit and bring them to life. Quickly kill them and head down the tunnel (remember that you no longer need energy to power your TMD)
  5. Use the Augmentor to the left, then head through the circular door.

Stop Demichev

  1. Cross the catwalk, from where you will be pulled into another slowed-down-time phase. Kill the guards and continue around to the path on the other side.
  2. Grab the Health Pack on the crate in front of you and the Weapon Tech in the room to the left. Step back out and kill the guards, making sure to watch out for the guy on the second story with the rocket launcher.
  3. Turn right, grab the Health Pack on the crate and head upstairs. Kill the guard and head through the door. Head down the path, where a sort of deja vu will take place. Kill the guards in the slowed-down-time wave, then continue down the path.
  4. Kill the next group of guards and turn left to head upstairs. Head through the door and kill the Zeks and guards.
  5. Again, walk around the Singularity and kill the Zeks that will be waiting for you around the turn. Head up the two flights of stairs and get the Health Pack on the crate before heading through the door and meeting back up with Barisov.
  6. Use you TMD to open up a rift in the Singularity to take you back to 1955. After you scare away the scientists, turn around and plant the E-99 bomb in front of the Singularity.
  7. Quickly turn around and shoot Demichev.
  8. After hearing the offers from both Demichev and and Barisov, you have the choice of either killing Demichev and retuning to 1955 where you would have to kill yourself in order to save Russia and the world, or kill Barisov and rule the world with Demichev.
  9. But wait!! The the third option is two assassinate both Barisov and Demichev and become your own world-leader. Choose wisely and enjoy the ending!

Hi There, I am at the stage – MAKE YOUR WAY TO DR. BARITSOV TOWER. I have upgraded my TMD but not able to pick the metal objects to go ahead through hole. Your guide describes very well but then please let me know a specific control on keyboard to grab objects to throw them. I have tried using, impulse, Q & all but unable to do it. Please help me out I have stuck up with same.

this is like the easiest game ever…E to grab and left click to throw…if you can’t continue down a path or do something you probably can’t go there/do that…I never got stuck in this game…3 hours to complete
