Thanks for this list of helpfulness. I took a chance on getting this game. I was not sure about having all the hack and slash compared to having guns and stuff in Fallout 3, & NV, but to my surprise it is quite nice, and I’m loving the environment and exploration.

Press the wait button and pick how long you want to wait. Then right when you press a to wait you press the big xbox button (xbox guide button) in the middle of the remote and the wait time will countdown faster.

Your companions can hold an infinite amount of items if you ask them to pick it up

Don’t know if this works for other shop keepers or people but I found this neat little glitch to get your money back after buying equpment/skill pts from someone, especially on someone with zero percent chance to pickpocket. Tried it on the mage in Winterhold that teaches Destruction magic. Anyway…

1. Wait for the person to stand still or sit down.
2. Cast a rune spell like fire rune directly under sitting/standing still person (both hand casted)
3. Cast your most powerful destruction spell at person sitting/standing still
4. If you did it right, the person won’t attack you, should probably be lying on ground, and will not be hostile towards you
5. While person is lying on ground, pickpocket them with no percentage to get caught.

Spent 5000+ coin training from that mage and got it back. It only works once for some reason on that person.

Wow! These Cheats Are awesome i just recently learned how to be the ultimate theif without getting caught. For example How to steal everything in a persons house when the person is in there, you grab a container and put it over their head(they cant see u and they don’t call the guards).

Vendor camping

once you get your skyrim finances in order (love doing this with alchemy) purchase what you want from the vendor save your game, kill the vendor then reload your saved game, the vendor will have full money and a new inventory list without waiting 48 hours. Much quicker to purchase alchemy mats from vendor mix up an expensive potion to get your money back then running al over skyrim searching for mats.

Found how to make DAEDRIC ARMOR in about 20-45 minutes
1. Get a lot of money. By a lot I mean 20k-30k.
2. You need a Smithing level of 90, this is fairly easy.
1. Go to Whiterun Blacksmith and talk to both the vendors, buy ALL of their Iron Ignots and Leather Strips. Now go to the forge and make as many Iron Daggers as you can. Repeat untill you reach Smithing 90.
3. You will need Daedra Hearts. You can buy they from someone in the Mage College of Winterhold.
4. Go to the whiterun blacksmith and buy their EBONY ignots, not iron. Still buy leather strips.
5. Go to the forge and make some Daedric stuff.
Repeat steps 3 to 5 and you can have ALL Daedric items in no time!
(Note: You will run out of gold frequently. You will need a way to earn some gold.)

I looked at the quick level up one, and it does work, but if you happen to be in Whiterun, go up to the castle (dragons reach castle)and walk to the Jarl of Whiterun. Once he sees you he will say something. Completely ignore him and go into stealth mode. Crawl over to the RIGHT SIDE of his chair (from the Jarl’s view) and pull out either a 1 handed weapon or a two handed weapon. Make sure you are still in stealth mode. Now wait for him to look away. He will edge his head away (don’t strike yet!) and then look down, thats when you hit him. Dom’t use power attacks though. And be sure to watch his health.

i need help finding my “follower” i was doing some quests and then i realized that i didn’t haven’t my follower anymore… also i cant fast travel and they appear back… how can i find or locate my follower?

If u fast travel to Wightrun and then look to your right u will find a room with a barrel jump on the barrel then jump offer the far wall and them u r out of the city

Where are the great cheats for the PS3 version???

I think i found an exploit, where it allows you to enchant a weapon with anything, where when you use it the charge meter never goes down:
1. I used my Daedric bow, made it to flawless using an ebony Ingot
2. Went back into my house and placed it on the weapons rack (need a upgraded house for this)
3. Remove it from weapons rack, then ran all the way up to Dragonsreach, and used their enahcnting thingy there.
4. selected my Daedric bow (Flawless) selected Fire damage (i have the FIre Enchanter Perk for that) and Soul trap (I have the Extra Effect perk from enchanting tree) and selected My Black Star Filled with a Grand Soul, Name and Finished. I use it with my Daedric Arrows while sneaking and i pretty much one shot all but the boss monsters.

I’ve tried this 2 times already and it worked on both my ebony bow, and my Daedric bow, ive written everyting i did, so play around with it because i might have missed something.

Here’s an interesting cheat I discovered on my own (I’m so proud, this was my first): When trying to steal from an NPC while standing right in front of them (without getting caught), go to sneak and stand just behind the NPC’s shoulder. Aim your cross hairs at the item desired, and tip-toe towards it. It should come into “grasp” while you’re still in sneak, if you’re not too far away. If you are, try leaving the building and coming back in, the NPC may have moved closer. This happened to me in the Champions “clubhouse”, when trying to steal a daedra heart from someone.

Don’t…need house to store stuff, keep on the ground!!…I keep Dragon bones and scales unused incots leather and strips etc…on the ground next to the smelter…Whiterun smithy.Drop torch to see stuff at night…hehe…kill bandits that are out front of fort or cave or ruins…take all there stuff and drop on the ground at entrance…go in bring out what u can carry drop on ground and go back in you will be surprised by what u missed….I don’t do this all the time just when a lot of good stuff to sell in there…make sure you remove all things from person u killed because sometimes the bodies are gone but stuff left on the ground will be there….when killing them at a fort I leave everything I want to sell on the ground middle of the fort grounds fast travel to sell and return for the rest and can bring follower to help carry..(0ptional)

when trying out for the companions, you can max out your destruction. just dual cast destruction spells on the companion thats testing you out. he will be staggered and say that companions dont use magic. it still counts for ranking up your destruction, and you can go forever if your magicka regenerates quickly and you use a weaker spell such as firebolt instead of fireball.

In order to creat the ultimate armor. . . . . .

what you will need for this . . . .. .
lots and lots of blue butterfly wings and snowberries
some type of abundant armor that you can use and then throw away (I used forsworn gear and golden rings and necklaces)
ALOT of greater soulgems filled with greater souls
you will also need a high skill lvl in alchemy and enchanting

Use snowberries and blue butterfly wings to create a potion of Fortify enchanting drink the potion and use greater souls to enchant some armore (a cheap throwaway type of armor) with Fortify alchemy put on your SET of fortify alchemy gear and go make a new potion of fortify enchanting drink it and creat a new set of Fortify alchemy gear (throw away the original set) put on the new set of fortify alch. gear and repeat many times.

each time you do this you will notice expedential increases in the Fortify alch pots and the newest set of fortify alch gear. once you have a really strong potion of fortify enchant use it and make a set of gear with fortifySmithing. now you put that on and go to a forge whatever gear you create with this set of Fortify smithing gear on will b much stronger then it would have originally been.

you can use this method to create any type of armor glass, ebony, deadric, dragon ect. . . with as high of an armor rating as you want to become practically invincible
