WARNING: Certain mods will change the load order. The load order is the first two digits of each ID Code. By default, all Dawnguard Codes have a load order of “02″. If you have mod installed, either remove them, or change your load order from “02″ to “03″, to “04″ or higher depending on the mods you have currently installed and how they alter Skyrim’s item database.

Note: If you need a code and it isn’t listed here, type HELP “ITEMNAME” into the console to receive an item code instantly.

Using Console Commands

Hit Tilde [`] to bring down the developer console. Then just enter the codes listed below to activate.

Some cheats can cause bugs, crashes, or problems with the game code. Make sure to save your game before you experiment with cheats. Achievements are also disabled once cheats are activated.

Don’t forget to shut off the AUTOSAVE feature if you’re worried about overwriting a previous clean save.

Player Item Console Command

Player.additem ITEM ###
Gives items depending on what Item Code is input. Type in the item name under “ITEM” and the amount of items you want under “###”.

None of these work. Compiled script not saved or not found for parameter object. I have used console codes before. What is up?

Pete

On August 5, 2012 at 2:20 pm

Having the same problem, console works fine for non-dawnguard items, but none of these work.

Matthew

On August 5, 2012 at 9:01 pm

For these codes to work you must put 02 where the xx is shown

vampbite31

On August 5, 2012 at 9:39 pm

Has anyone tried these codes yet? I have repetedly and all i get is a little message that says Item ‘xx014fcb’ not found for parameter ObjectID. Ive tried re working the codes to match the older codes but to no success. Help from a professional would be much obliged

replace the xx with 0′s and they will work fine.

que

On August 5, 2012 at 9:46 pm

scratch that, the xx’s are supposed to be numbers but it isnt always 00, for example the vampire hood is 02019ade not xx019ade this command list is either complete half ass’d or maximum troll.

Jim

On August 6, 2012 at 5:29 am

They work xx is the load order eg 02 or 03

Anothi

On August 7, 2012 at 10:35 am

I tried the hood, robes and Vampire Lord Armor, placing an 03 in the xx, instead of 02.
03019adf
03019ade
03011a84

They worked. I assume the rest will function the same way, at least the Vampire gear.

The ’02′ at the beginning of each ID is the load order.
For some it will be ’02′ because Dawnguard would only be the second item in the load order. But for others it could be much higher depending on if they use certain mods and how many of them. I find that the best way to find your load order (Other than replacing 02 with 03, then 04 etc.) is to use the Nexus Mod manager – http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/modmanager
Under the ‘Plugins’ tab will be a list that tells you the load order of each plugin.

@Doozle Thanks man!! I got it working! As doozle said use the mod manager and check the load order of ‘update.esm’ For me it was 07 , for you it may vary, check it and do it! Good luck

people, for Dawnguard items you need Dawnguard..

Blayne

On August 13, 2012 at 5:51 pm

The easiest way is to use console command: help “Item Name Here” 4
It will tell you the exact item code you would use. No need to download anything.

HELP “Steel Bolts”

Clay

On August 17, 2012 at 11:32 am

For bolts (or anything really) I think you can get the code by dropping one on the ground, then opening the console and “selecting” or clicking on the bolt. It should display a code if you do that. (I could be wrong! I haven’t actually tried this yet, but it works for most items I believe)

somebody

On August 24, 2012 at 5:26 am

try 01,02,03 untill you get the item mine works with 08 and you’ll have them

I have had issues with these codes too. Replace 020 with 030 and your codes will work fine.

where is money????????? code………

Alexandros

On July 10, 2014 at 9:19 am

The code for money is 0000000f >number<

Joshua

On August 2, 2014 at 9:34 pm

For those of you that still can’t get this to work. Try adding a quantity number after the code. Even if you just want one. Put 1 after the code.

Example: player.additem 0200cfb6 1
Will summon one Zephyr bow

yuliya

On August 18, 2014 at 9:33 pm

OK Guys you are doing everything wrong…….

you dont just input the code………….you have to do this code in order to get an item….

player.additem 02003F79 1

you have to write player.additem(space)(code)(space)(amount of the item)…………….for example if you want a dragone bone dagger use this code…..player.additem 02014fcb 1………………………….dont forget the spaces and the amount of the the object you want…………if you dont use either of them, the activation code wont work
