As you relax and enjoy your time off over the holidays to play your favorite games, the SOE support team will also be enjoying time with their families. Sony has announced limited technical support hours for the holidays.
With the coming holidays SOE Technical Support hours will gave limited support hours. On Monday December 24th in observance of Christmas Eve, technical support will be closing at 5PM PST. Tuesday December 25th, Christmas Day, Technical Support will be closed. From Wednesday December 26th to Friday December 28th, Technical Support will be limited to chat and E-mail only during normal business hours. Monday, December 31st, New Year’s Eve, and Tuesday, January 1st, New Year’s Day, Technical Support will be limited to E-mail contacts only.
