  • Act 3 – A Crude Trap

    1. Dash forward along the s-shaped wall in the track and down the inclined pipe at the bottom to enter the enclosed room ahead, then ride the rising sand to the ledges above and begin jumping up them to avoid being crushed.
    2. Move back and forth as you jump up the ledges to eventually reach the shipping containers above, then bounce upward off the next spring to land on the platform to your right and continue fleeing from the rising sand.
    3. Bounce upward off the next spring to land on the platform above and move right to exit the room, then sprint forward to activate the checkpoint and race down the incline ahead.
    4. Jump over the platform at the bottom to avoid hitting the spring and fall through the air to land on the floor coated with oil below, then sprint forward and use the moving platforms to reach the next ledge above.
    5. Ride the rightmost moving platform to reach the ledge above and jump the gap to your left, then bounce upward off the two springs ahead and dash forward to activate a checkpoint.
    6. Enter the next room room ahead to bounce off the spring against the wall and land on the ledge above, then use a second spring to launch yourself into the air and execute multiple homing attacks on the crates beside you.
    7. Bounce off the next spring to your right and grab Tails to fly through the green obstacles above you, then navigate over to the left and launch upward off anther spring against the wall ahead.
    8. Land on the ledge above and bounce upward off the spring to your right, then crash down through the next series of green obstacles below and move to the left.
    9. Bounce upward through the series of springs above and use homing attacks to smash up the crates on your right, then launch off another spring ahead to exit the room and sprint forward to activate a checkpoint.
    10. Sprint down the s-shaped wall in the track and dash up the next incline to hit the ramp above, then bounce off the surrounding springs to reach the ledge on your right and drop through the shaft in front of you.
    11. Break open the flower box and bounce forward off the next spring below to dash up the ledges ahead, use homing attacks on the enemies above to move across the platform covered with oil.
    12. Dash up the next incline to activate the checkpoint at the top and sprint down a second incline in front of you, then launch off the ramp at the bottom to land on the ring box below and enter the sand slide ahead.
    13. Drop into the various sand slides below to eventually enter a booster and dash forward down the wall ahead, then bounce upward off the next spring to hit the enemy above with a homing attack and land on another spring to your left.
    14. Strike the next enemy above with a homing attack to land on the ledge covered with oil and dash forward to enter the booster ahead, then drop on the sand slide below to fall into a second booster and continue sliding to reach the ground beneath you.
    15. Dash up the wall on your left and push to the right upon reaching the top, then enter the next booster to sprint forward over the s-shaped section of the track ahead and bounce upward off the sprint at the bottom.
    16. Grab Tails to fly upward into the box above and activate the mini-game, then press the indicated button repeatedly to earn points until the challenge is over.
    17. Collect the coins before sprinting forward across the platform cover with oil and over the sand hill to bounce upward off the spring at the top, then follow the loop in the track around to activate the checkpoint below and enter the next room ahead.
    18. Ride the rising sand upward to reach the ledge above and move all the way over against the wall on your left to avoid the rolling spike ball, then continue riding the sand to land on the next ledge and grab Tails to fly upward past the surrounding enemies.
    19. Drop back onto the sand and ride it upward until you can jump to grab the red star ring above, then quickly dash forward beneath the spikes to exit the room and continue sprinting across the platform ahead to complete this act.
