PS4 and Vita Indie Lineup Grows — Rogue Legacy, Volume

Sony, continuing their trend of Indie support, announced quite a lineup of titles without major publisher support for both the PS4 and Vita. Notables:

-Hotline Miami 2
-Wasteland Kings
-Rogue Legacy
-Mike Bithell’s Volume
-The Binding of Isaac Rebirth
-Velocity 2x

Aside from Fez, all of these will be console exclusives for PlayStation platforms when they debut, and aside from N++ (which will be on PS4 but not Vita) all of those will available on both of Sony’s latest platforms. The Binding of Isaac will be free to Plus subscribers.

Meanwhile, Tequila Works is making Rime and The Chinese Room is working on Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture for PlayStation as well.

It’s but a taste of the PC indie scene, but it’s a big step forward for consoles, no doubt.
