Sony Has ‘Big, Broad’ Team Supporting PS3 Skyrim

Sorry, Playstation 3 owners. You’re kind of screwed in Elder Scrolls land, what with the total unavailability of DLC for your increasingly vanilla copy of Skyrim collecting dust on your shelf. Dawnguard has been out for months and still no PS3 version in site, and Hearthfire is just adding insult to injury. But, we’ll have you know, Sony VP Adam Boyes gets it, and wants to assure you that they’re super serious trying to get this problem resolved. Speaking to Kotaku, he talked a bit about how they’re going about it.

“We have a big, broad dev support team that works closely with Bethesda – and with all of our partners – to work with them to solve that any sort of issues they have along the way,” Boyes said. “Of course, I always want everything to work always for everyone. I can’t promise any kind of resolution or timeline but can say that everyone involved is trying their best to get this stuff working.”

So… he can’t promise any kind of resolution. Or timeline. But they’re totally trying their best. I wonder if I’d still get paid if I told the Game Front editors that I can’t promise any news or features but I’m trying my best. Yes? It’s yes, right?
