Split/Second To Speed Onto PSP for Christmas
Disney plans to ring in the holiday season this year to the tiny, handheld sounds of mufflers and explosions by porting Split/Second to the PSP.
In addition to the set conventions of the game – altering tracks and blasting rival racers – Disney said in a press release the new version will be designed with a handheld control scheme in mind.
But that doesn’t mean it won’t mostly be a straight port.
The new version of Split/Second will include all the tracks available in the console versions, plus an additional track and challenges. It’ll also include four-player local multiplayer, so you can blast three of your friends and make everyone in the Starbucks feel uncomfortable as you shout insults at each other.
