Star Wars 1313 Creative Director Jumps to Sony

Back in the day, Dominic Robilliard worked on The Getaway series for Sony, and then he moved over to LucasArts, where he eventually elevated himself to creative director on Star Wars 1313, the canned (for the time being, at least) title that got so many folks hot a while back. And then Robilliard was himself canned along with everyone else doing production at LucasArts.

Now, apparently, he’s updated his LinkedIn profile to indicate he’s working as a design director at SCEA, with no further details given. So there’s no telling what he might be working for or where is even is located, but I would assume that if the 1313 gameplay demo gave you the feels then this could be an interesting development to you. Things we know are in development at Sony-owned studios in America, by the way, include The Order: 1886 (Sony Santa Monic is co-producing), Uncharted 4, Sony Bend’s secret PS4 thing, MLB 2014: The Show and inFamous: Second Son. There are probably other things, as well. One thing we can be sure of, though, is that he isn’t working on a revived 1313 at Sony, because now carries an exclusive license for new Star Wars games.

IGN gets credit for digging this up?

” . . . revived 1313 at Sony, [ ??? ]because now carries an exclusive license for new Star Wars games.”

I’m pretty sure that blank spot I indicated is supposed to say EA.
Unless Disney handed the license to someone with some self-awareness.
