There’s definitely not going to be any StarCraft 2 excitement for us anytime soon, so trailers and videos will have to keep us happy for now. StarCraft II looks like it will be the supreme ultimate competitive real-time strategy game. The game includes three completely distinct races, the Protoss, Terran, and Zerg, which have been overhauled and re-imagined with new units for each, as well as some new features for some of the classic units.
At this point, it’s still too early to predict a release date, but the game certainly looks highly developed. I’d expect an announcement from Blizzard sometime by this fall.
