TellTale Games Celebrates the Holidays with an Animated Sam and Max Short

sammaxchristmas1-1.bmpThe newest season of Sam and Max kicked off their second season last month with the newest episode, Ice Station Santa, just in time for the holidays (review here, by the way). So TellTale Games decided to give everyone a little holiday treat by putting together a little Sam and Max Christmas special, titled “Sam and Max (Nearly) Save Christmas.” Basically, it’s several cut scenes and conversations from the game strung together to make full story, complete with commercial break. Surprisingly, it works out well on its own. If you intend on playing the game though, you might want to skip over this, since it pretty much covers the entire story. You can view the whole animated short here.

The beginning was recycled, and the whole thing was a quick run of the game.
