The Elder Scrolls Online Beta Signups Begin, New CGI Trailer

The Elder Scrolls Online has been the object of much debate and scrutiny since it was announced last May, including a recent AMA on Reddit. Today, Bethesda officially shifts the discussion into high gear, as they’ve just announced that you can now sign up to participate in the beta test of the upcoming MMO.

Beta sign-ups can be found on the official site. The application requires you to provide a good bit of information, but not all of it is required. Instead, Bethesda added a small meter that fills as you complete the application, rating your chances of getting an invite as much better the more info you offer up.

As if beta sign-ups aren’t enough to get you excited, Bethesda also provided a CGI trailer nearly six minutes in length. It shows off all three of the game’s factions as they vie for control of The Imperial City. Check out the trailer below, and then go sign up for the beta!

That was one badass cgi trailer. I just wish it wasn’t an MMO

Screw this game, I hope the Empire kills them all.
