The Making of The Last of Us ViDoc Now Available to All

First it was a bonus for season pass holders. Then it was posted on Amazon Instant Video for Amazon Prime members. Now Sony has made Grounded: The Making of The Last of Us available to all.

Push play above to watch the 90-minute documentary, courtesy of the PlayStation YouTube channel, and go behind the scenes at Naughty Dog to find out how and why their survival/action/horror game rounded up more than 230 awards.

If you’re a fan of The Last of Us and you’ve recently finished Left Behind, I highly recommend setting aside the hour-and-a-half to get the in-depth, thorough story of the game’s creation from the folks who made it.

Good stuff.

Well, at least we know in advance how long it’s going to be. It’s so annoying when you start watching one of these making of documentaries and have no idea what you’re committing yourself to. Sometimes you settle in think it’ll be at least 45 minutes and it’s over in less than ten. Other times, you watch it at the end of the night thinking it’ll keep you awake for an extra half an hour, then two hours later there’s still no end in sight and you wish you hadn’t bothered.
