This ending my sound self-explanatory, but for clarity’s sake I’ll give you the quick rundown. First Choice: Right Door, Second Choice: FORWARD, jump on the CATWALK from the lift. From there you are presented with two doors: Red and Blue. For this one, take the blue door. As the title implies.

A twist! You’re teleported out, but keep at it. Go through the blue door again. Again you’ll be teleported but don’t go into that red door! Turn around on the spot and head into the blue door behind you, you’ll be happy you did.

I know of the unplugged phone ending so can’t wait to find out what the other five are =) I know I jumped off the crane thing and died that might be one, I also really believe you can defuse the bomb in the Control end

    @Triple S,

I’m sure there are even more endings than the 14 we’ve found. There totally -must- be a way to disarm the bomb, but we haven’t figured out that one quite yet.

    On October 18, 2013 at 9:06 am

I believe I nearly found out how to defuse the bomb and possibly do the ‘Impossible’ achievement, still working on that though.

For the bomb I believe that you need to disable everything thing in the room obviously, and to do that I think you have to firstly somewhere around the outside there are 4 moniters with 4 buttons, and you have to disable that (it seems to change order of buttons to press), then you need to do something with the power button that is currently off and then, well that is all I’ve uncovered.

If you go through the confusion ending, when it restarts and the outside of your office has blue carpet, the first door to your left will have the “Whiteboard Ending”. At the bottom right of it there is a console command “bark” which will turn all clicks (that arn’t on a usable object) into barks.

    On October 18, 2013 at 7:12 pm

Still trying to figure out the “Serious Ending” how do I open the console and enter the codes

    On October 19, 2013 at 7:32 am

Not sure if it counts as an ending, but has one tried to move back off the lift, once it starts moving…?

    On October 19, 2013 at 9:48 am

    Even Game grumps hated it.

    On October 19, 2013 at 11:23 am

I personally have found 18 endings.

    On October 19, 2013 at 3:42 pm

I haven’t been able to figure out what to do with the door 2. While you’re on the moving lift, look down and you’ll see that one of the cargo doors is open. A sign says that jumping down while the lift is moving results in death. I tried jumping down while not on the lift, and still died. It might be possible to wait until the lift stops moving, and then jump down. Or I could just be crazy and that door is a red herring.

Is anyone else working on defusing the bomb apart from Kharzack? I too think that there’s a possibility that it can be diffused. So far the information I have –
These are the things that DO NOT work or produce any visual changes:
    1) pressing the buttons, 12345 in that order
    2) pressing the buttons, 54321 in that order
    3) pressing the green buttons consecutively
    4) pressing the colored buttons the number of times it says on the screen.
    5) pressing the big red button after pressing all other buttons in the room.

    On October 20, 2013 at 12:32 pm

Close the door at the very start, remaining in your office

    On October 20, 2013 at 12:36 pm

Should have remained in the broom closet, the narrator will eventually get so fed up he kills and respawns you, with the broom closet boarded up the next time to keep you from messing around in there again

    On October 21, 2013 at 9:47 am

    Detonation solution maybe

I think the number on the screen corresponds with the side of the area of the numbered buttons
like the screen says a blue 2

press all the blue buttons on the area where also the number 2 button is!

they didn’t hate it, they had a laugh while not fully understanding the demo.. which is strange to say the least. Learn to understand peoples tunes and attitudes as opposed to just words. Plus main game is much better than the demo….

    Found a new ending

When stepping on the lift platform immediatly move off it (scaredy cat)

    clumsy :)

This is one we discovered pretty early on, but it didn’t really feel like anything but an alternate version of an ending — you do get a funny new line, though, if not a true “ending” so we added that note to the entry.

    On October 26, 2013 at 4:04 pm

Not sure how it happened but once when I went in the boss’s office it was a voice recognition pad and not numbers. The narrator told Stanley what to say to it but of course you cant talk. The narrator got fed up of you not saying anything he resets the game.

    On October 27, 2013 at 7:52 am

On my first playthrough I took the right door, got to the lift, jumped off onto the catwalk, took the blue door repeatedly and when it gave me the option for the third door I instead went into door 2 (previously the right door) I actually haven’t gotten around to the baby ending.

    On October 28, 2013 at 1:41 am

Unplugged phone, broom closet, and whiteboard endings.

    On October 30, 2013 at 5:11 pm

If you are playing a pirate version, in the monitors room will have a monitor on the top saying: pirate

    On October 31, 2013 at 10:34 am

When will the rest of the endings be up? Trying to play through all of them for my channel, and I want to say I truly have all of them. :)

    On November 5, 2013 at 10:44 am

It is possible to softlock yourself in the escape pod ending too. Go through the right door at the first choice and then back to the left path. Leave the bosses office as needed and then go back – the door to the first-choice-room will close before you. I guess that’s because you didn’t activate the trigger to close it in the first place, and leaving the bosses offices would’ve opened the door, but since it’s already open and they obivously forgot to remove the trigger to close the door when walking through it you get stuck. I walked everywhere, it’s not possible to get anywhere, you have to reset by yourself.

    On November 6, 2013 at 1:36 pm

Did you notice (not really an ending) going to the broom cabinet (after the meeting room) closing the door and staying there?

    On November 6, 2013 at 1:42 pm

Another thing. If you plunge to death, next time you start the phone in the first room will be ringing with a message.

    On November 6, 2013 at 1:47 pm

In the 2nd room on the monitor saying “Access” is an email asking what the meaing of number

Also for some strange reason, it is possible to open/close the doors in this room (and only there I think)

    On November 15, 2013 at 5:45 pm

hmm i noticedanother employee walkign one of the times down the hall you go into during confusion ending i wonder if it dose anything

    On November 24, 2013 at 3:30 pm

This reminded me. When you exit the office and it brings you to a room with a bunch of closed doors, sometimes the very left door opens the “whiteboard ending.” I noticed at the bottom right it says “console bark” If you type that in console and then continue playing, every time you click it barks.

    - ‘If you want to know the future, imagine a finger pressing a red button. Forever.’

    Orwell was mistaken.

Hello. Well, I got such a crazy ending, I got to play Minecraft, Portal and be trapted on the beta part of the game! Exactly, you read this properly, and I don’t know if anybody else did this? Do the following:

    1. Get to the baby and the fire
    2. Let the baby burn
    3. Play Minecraft
    4. Play Portal
    5. Enjoy the beta of the game after jumping down the black hole
    6. Enjoy the mind.

Hey, I had a question about this ending which I fully realize is going to sound very stupid. How DO you crouch? Yeah, I said it was stupid. Honestly though, I can’t figure it out even after systematically pressing every key on the keyboard. I know the answer is probably something really obvious which will make me look like a complete idiot, but at this point I don’t really mind so much.

Also, @Velken or anyone else who this applies to, I see the top screen saying ‘Pirate’ even though I (promise) bought the game on Steam and haven’t pirated it at all. Wouldn’t even know how to, most likely, I can’t even crouch, remember? :) Does anyone else see this as well even if they’ve bought the game?

If anyone actually answers this, thank you so much.

    Kevin Thielenhaus

    On January 20, 2014 at 11:14 am

@EmilyCheshire: Crouching should be mapped to [Left-Ctrl] by default. You can also swap out the crouch key in the options menu. Don’t worry, there’s no shame in asking! FPS-freaks know this junk by heart, but that’s no badge of honor.

    On January 21, 2014 at 11:27 pm

There are another two endings, The white Board Ending and the Broom Closet ending Which is my Favourite!

    On February 4, 2014 at 10:41 am

Stanley’s job is to push buttons, he sits in an office pressing buttons all day, clueless to what his job actually means. He leaves his office to find his co-workers gone. If you continue there are many endings which all lead you back to the start of the game, and the narrator tells you exactly what to do at every turn. If you disobey him at the “Transcendence ending” you have to press a sinlg eubtton for 4 hours straight until you find out the narrator is supposedly god and you go to heaven. So – what does this mean? I’m pretty damn sure this game has described the life of a gamer. Pressing buttons all day long, not realising what you’re actually doing, you’re just fuelling the industry. Its reminding you that you’re a tiny cog in a huge machine.

    On August 3, 2014 at 9:14 pm

Of course this ist a critical game about gamers!! And I thought this was clear enough!! The narrator, the game designer is telleing a story and erveryone ist trying to leave his ways ^^ On the other hand, the gamer is a slave to the game designer, cause his role is to press buttons in the way the designers plans ordered him to do!! I think itsĀ“s great how the narrator (game designer) behave if you leave his storyline while he wants you to be a slave to his game…

left door, up to managers office, escape route, down the shaft, left and through the door. Cool museum.
