The Witcher Adventure Contest Update

Geralt The Witcher

A few weeks back I mentioned that CDProjekt Red had opened the door for fans and potential game designers to compete and create adventures using The Witcher and its toolset. Well the winners of the first round have been announced on The Witcher website:

We are happy to announce that project “Birth, and Virgins” written by Simon Brooke and Game Widow won the first stage of our contest!

Congratulations!

We also present other projects, which were appreciated by The Witcher designers.
Artur Ganszyniec (Lead designer of The Witcher and Katarzyna Kuczy?ska (designer of The Witcher) added their comments to all presented projects.

Comments are added to the project files.

WINNER – “Birth, and Virgins” – Simon Brooke and Game Widow
RUNNER-UPS:
- “Cursed Village” – Master Samurai X
- “The Killing Fields” – Eleftheria, Giorgos Chrysochoos
- “Blade of Atonement” – Roman Zorin

Additionally because of the response to the contest, the deadline for the second phase is being extended to June 27th. So anyone who is grinding away on their contest entries has a few extra days to polish and submit them.
