There is a Duke Nukem Forever App, and It Says Lots of Duke-isms

Last week, we got word that there might be some kind of Duke Nukem Forever iPhone app out there sometime in the future. Turns out, the Internet super-sleuths who first caught wind of this idea were right — there is an app to go along with Duke Nukem Forever, but it’s not a game, it’s a soundboard.

Soundboard apps include a handful of sound files from a given piece of media. In the case of Duke Nukem, the app is filled with Duke-isms: more than 20 of them, actually. Shake your device and you’ll get one at random, or you can scroll through the list and tap each to play the ones you like.

Best of all, the app is free. Get it here.
