THQ Relic Studio Head Joins Activision

Relic Entertainment studio head Alex Peters has jumped ship to join Activision.

According to Peters’ LinkedIn profile, he is now VP of production at Activision after spending two years as the Studio Head and Director of Production & Operations at Relic.

During his 18+ years in the game industry, Peters has worked at such studios as EA, DICE, and Bullfrog.

Relic Entertainment is one of the studios available for purchase in the THQ auction. Founded in 1997, the Canada-based studio has developed titles including Homeworld, the Company of Heroes series and a number of titles in the Warhammer franchise.
