THQ’s “Back Catalog & IP” to Be Sold Off in Coming Weeks

While THQ sold off most of its assets and intellectual property at auction, many of us have been wondering what will become of the THQ IPs that weren’t mentioned, such as Darksiders. Speaking with GameInformer, THQ president Jason Rubin explained that, over the next few weeks, the company’s back catalog and other IPs will be sold.

Rubin said:

“There will be a separate process to sell off the back catalog and IP. That process will take place in the coming weeks.”

Rubin made no mention of whether this process will involve private individual deals or further auctioning.

I wonder who will end up with Darksiders…

Please Ubisoft or someone responsible enough to revitalise this franchise.

Ubisoft? Responsible? You’re joking right? I’d rather not see 50 sequels of the same game.
