Tied the Leader Running Charitable Contest

halo-3-soundtrack.jpgThe large and very well known Halo 3 clan/community, Tied the Leader, is current running a contest that essentially amounts to a sort of hybrid auction, with the proceeds headed to various charities. On 117 Day – a holiday TTL has come up with to honor the Master Chief, a census will be taken of the number of unique players that have played Halo 3 during the previous 24 hours. The closest 21 guessers will take home a copy of the Halo 3 soundtrack – one of which has been signed by Marty O’Donnell, the man behind the music of Halo 3.

In order to participate, you’ll be asked to make a donation to the Tied the Leader Foundation. They will in turn take all of the proceeds and donate them to organizations that aid in the rehabilitation of wounded combat veterans.

It’s for a good cause and you might end up with a copy of a fine soundtrack; can’t go wrong with that.
