Top 10 Best Minecraft Texture Packs
6. Glimmar’s Steampunk
This texture pack is my personal favorite. Who doesn’t love Steampunk? Some people, apparently, or this pack would have made it higher up no the list.
Wheels, pipes, chains, stained glass, Steampunk pistons, Steampunk characters and armor sets, a Steampunk-flavored GUI, and over 500 alternative textures make this pack a must-try.
Here’s a video showcasing the world textures (no Steampunk constructions):
7. LB Photo Realism
This pack started as a compilation, but became a new texture pack of its own and has some of the most photo-realistic textures that Minecraft allows, with resolutions of up to 256×256 pixels.
Included are alternative biomes that color the grass and foliage in different ways, such as spring or autumnal coloring.

8. BumpMaft -R-
98% of the textures in this pack are created by hand, by a Digital Art & entertainment designer. Every texture was rendered with Bump- and normalmaps, which accounts for much of the detail and depth.

9. Frenden’s Cartoon Pack
This 16x texture pack reminds me of Super Mario Bros.
10. Aza’s Arid Pack
This 128×128 pixel texture pack offers beautiful arid landscapes.
