Top 10 Video Game Music Alarm Clocks
6. Shadow of the Colossus – In Awe of the Power
If the frantic violin triplets that start of this song don’t snap your eyes open, nothing will. Shadow of the Colossus is a game about a plucky hero trying to do the right thing in a confusing, morally ambiguous world — just like you, right?
7. StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty – Theme
A stirring recent example of martial, John Williams-inspired pomp. Skip to 1:06 for the best of the bombast. If you only you could start your day as efficiently as you do your multiplayer matches.
8. Super Metroid – Escape
Another tune for those who want their alarm clock to make them feel, well, alarmed. The Klaxon horn is an old-fashioned wake-up method, but the stuttering music ratchets up the tension still farther.
9. Secret of Monkey Island – Title Theme
A melody so great that you actually risk getting it stuck in your head every day if you use it as an alarm. Either way, those MIDI steel drums will start to grate just soon enough to get you up and at ‘em.
10. Doom – Theme
If you like to get out of bed with aggression, violence, and heavy metal on the brain, look no further than the Doom theme. Driving, loud, and energetic — what more do you need?

i personaly use the house MD (yes tv show) theme as my alarm. i never have the urge to kill someone for breakfast (wich you would get with most of these) so i think il keep on using my own.
the zelda one wasnt that bad though, and the monkey island one sounded good

Skyrim as number 5 just doesn’t fit in the category; you could at least have tried to surprise us.
