Turbine Lifts NDA from Lord of the Rings Online Beta

One of the toughest things about participating in a beta test is keeping your mouth shut about it. Typically, beta tests include a non-disclosure agreement, or NDA, that specifies what you can and cannot talk about from the beta. Violating one of these NDAs can result in being removed from the beta, and is reportedly both fattening and carcinogenic.

Thankfully, Turbine has decided that the time has come to lift the veil off the beta of the free-to-play update for Lord of the Rings Online. In a brief forum post, Turbine Community Specialist Sapience says,

“Greetings! We wanted to let the entire LOTRO community know that the NDA on the LOTRO Beta has been lifted as of this morning, so you may see posts in the non-beta forums from beta players offering opinions and answering questions!”

If you’re in the beta, you may now officially blab to everyone you know about how awesome it is. Enjoy.
