unreal 3
A featured article in the latest Official Xbox Magazine has revealed some new details about Unreal Tournament 3. Epic games has set the release date around October 2007, and it looks like they are on track to release on time. Some of the new features mentioned in the article include 4 player co-op, confirmation of 18 new vehicles, and the inclusion of hover boards. Unreal Tournament 3 will also feature cross-play between the Xbox360 and PC versions. When asked about the disparities between an controller and a keyboard/mouse, Epic Games stated that the controls on the Xbox360 version are so good that half of the staff prefers the controller. I see that such a marketing comment is working on the console player’s mind… There is no way at all at pad user can take down a keyboard-mouse; even if good, the guy will still be limited a lot by the pad… Unless if the console users will be able to activate the baby auto aim assist in multiplayer… lol.

+1 on the boooo for the guy playing… I hope that’s not one of the guys from their testing crew…

I know I’m still going to buy the dang game to try it out regardless, but they clearly didn’t show any of the gameplay used by someone who knows how to play… Leads me to think it’s really going to be for people who can’t… improve :/
