Upgrade to the Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut

Before we boldly journey into the new Deus Ex Universe, Eidos Montreal wants to take us on a return trip to Detroit.

The Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut will be ready for download next week, and there’s a good reason to step back into Adam Jensen’s cybernetic shoes. The Director’s Cut not only contains the Missing Link DLC, the Explosive Mission Pack, and the Tactical Enhancement Pack, it also features much needed improvements to boss fights. There’s also a new mode, New Game Plus, that allows you to play through Human Revolution with all of your previously earned enhancements.

Best of all, if you already own the core PC game (Steam version only) and the Missing Link DLC, you can upgrade to the Director’s Cut for just $5. Eidos Montreal posted the upgrade details on the official Deus Ex blog. If you only have the core game with no DLC, the upgrade will cost you a still reasonable $10. Oh, and if you never picked up the Deus Ex reboot, you can snag the Director’s Cut for $20.

The Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut will be ready for download, and upgrading, on October 22.

Wow they finally caved to the NG+ feature. I remember when they were so adamant about never adding it.
