Vampire Rain Goes Gold

For those of you anxious to get in on the Vampire Rain action, your wait is almost over. Microsoft has announced that the official Vampire Rain website is up, the Fan Site Kit is available and the game has gone gold. The Fan Site Kit contains artwork, screenshots, skins, and forum avatars for gamers who just have to build their own fan sites.

For those of you that has missed our coverage of Vampire Rain, here is a brief synopsis.

“Vampire Rain” combines stealth, survival horror and shooter aspects of your favorite games as you lead a black ops unit to secretly eliminate one of the deadliest supernatural enemies you will ever face. Known as Nightwalkers, this highly evolved new breed of Vampire is intensely fast with super agility and they are converting humans to their kind at an alarming rate.

A new trailer is also available for download. You can score it off the website or Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Vampire Rain will hit the shelves July 3 for around $59.99.
