Ever wondered what some more modern games might look like if they had been made a couple of decades ago? Well that’s just what Pixelation set out to do with one of their contests. The forum challenged readers to “de-make” some moderns titles to look like games for the original Gameboy. As a result, 47 entries were received that showed graphically-hindered recreations of everything from Halo to Bioshock to Starcraft. It’s worth checking out just to catch a glimpse of a time that could’ve been (but thankfully wasn’t).
