In the French daily Les Echos, there is a report that Vivendi will be launching a new paid content portal. The suggests that the portal will offer games, music, film and video content from Vivendi and partners on computers, television and mobile phones for consumers.

Rounding out the rumor is the notion that the new portal will be launched and managed by a new entity named Vivendi Mobile Entertainment.

It looks like everyone is getting into the downloadable content game.
