Awhile back, Bethesda announced a contest asking for fans to submit their own ideas for perks for the new Fallout game. After sorting through over 17,000 entries, they’ve finally narrowed it down to one grand prize winner, 11 runners up, and five randomly selected entries. And the winning perk, which will appear in the game, is:
“Grim Reaper’s Sprint”
Everytime you kill an opponent, all your action points are automatically restored.
That’s certainly a perk I’d like to have in the game. Some of the other entries they received were pretty creative as well though. You can check out the other prize-winning perk ideas at the Fallout website.

So much for even semi-turn based combat. And Nuclear man would have been an awesome and balanced perk.
