Xbox 360 Getting a YouTube App
In the midst of their announcement of the Xbox 360′s new Kinect hub at the MS E3 presser, they revealed that the console will get an app for YouTube, meaning that now all three major home consoles will allow you to look at hilarious videos and whatever else the mega-site has to offer. That it will have an official app, though, means that it’ll be the only console on which you’ll be able to watch videos in HD. I’m gonna be spending a lot of time watching Taylor Swift videos on the Xbox once this app hits.

I have to admit it’s going to be a very usefull feature. Now you wont have to go to your PC or Laptop to look at cheats or easter eggs on your game again, you just have to go to the Dashboard. I really am Impressed with this idea, and I dont know when it’s coming, but I sure am looking forward to it.

Any idea on when this feature is coming? Seeing that the article is from June, the idea has been around for some time, and I noticed that the app was on the coming soon area on the new Xbox dashboard last night when the new updates were applied. Hopefully soon, I would love to be able to use that app.
Technically, my LG TV has a YouTube app, but it’s not wireless, and I’m not running yet another ethernet cord across the room to the router. -.-

Maybe considering u must have a foxtel account to use foxtel, u might have to have a youtube account to use it. it is possibLE

Its getting there with the new outlook you can check under apps and look at the store to see whats coming and youtube is first on the list
