You Can Pre-Order Guild Wars 2, But We Don’t Know When You’ll Get It

Guild Wars 2 might not have a release date yet, but it definitely has a pre-order page.

If you’re keen to lay down money for Guild Wars 2 on the promise that ArenaNet will eventually give you the game, then have at it — there’s a page in place to take your orders and tout three different versions of the game. It starts with a standard digital download for $59.99, then moves up to the digital deluxe version, which will run a cool $79.99. Superfans can shell out for the fairly spiffy-looking collector’s edition, but at a premium: $149.99.

ArenaNet has also provided a list of retailers through which players can pre-order the game, but according to Massively, lots are already sold out of the collector’s edition version of the game. ArenaNet said it’ll be releasing more information soon on Twitter about that whole situation.

Grabbing the game early has another upside above and beyond the standard random stuff you can get for opening your wallet early: access to the Guild Wars 2 beta, plus a three-day head-start on everyone else who plays. Nice.
