Zero Punctuation Grinds Through Age of Conan

When the venerable Yahtzee Croshaw steps into the world of a “muhmorpuhguh,” you can bet that’ll be good for a few laughs. And so this week Croshaw descends into the muscle-bound world of Age of Conan for this week’s Zero Punctuation review. With a few tweaks though, he quickly transforms the game into “The Adventures of Thinderella, The Necromantic Naturist.” You can just let your imagination take that wherever you want.

    Awesome.

I think my favorite line was the “Between buying yachts and kissing ladies on the mouth.”

and my experience with Conan was similarly sad. Too bad really. I had high hopes for it.

That was sweet. Haven’t played nor will ever play the game myself. Already read some things about the game. One thing he sadly forgot to mention was the dev’s lack of trial allowance. Oh well.

I fear MMORPGS just like Croshaw. I have a life in the real world and I enjoy living it.
