Is it possible to combine mods?? Or is there a way to run 2 mods during Battlefield 1942??:smack:

I don't think it's possible but maybe on custom maps for a mod that might work.

Combine mods? Id suppose, Some of the scripts would need to be reworked, and youd need new maps, but you could mix and match models here and there. I think.

if you edit a mods init.con you can combine certain mods, I added Road to Rome objects to a BattleGroup42 map I made. My friend used Mercilous with ExpWWII.

Just open up the init.con of the mod of your choice and add the lines for another mod. Be careful though, alot of mods won't work together. The best I've found so far is BattleGroup+Realplane+Merciless.

ive successfully run a modded version of bf,a modded version of DC,RtR,battlegroup42,some of Mura,s stuff ...E O D and now secret weapons all in one mod click on the shorcut and play reg bf...E O D ...Secret Weapons...some of BG42...and RTR,either with dc stuff or without i currently have 37 maps either small modded bf or full changed to play different mods most maps have only a couple if any objects in them all the stuff is where its supposed to be i dont really run stuff in maps as its easier in the long run to put them where the are supposed to be so i can use them whenever i want without having to add them to a map first and make the map bigger since i run a server and play with a few friends its hard to send everyone big files by the way all the stuff is used by bots as i play mostly with them even EOD stuff ive run this stuff this way since the beginning when i downloaded someones plane mod to add more guns to planes after that when we got dc's a10 and f16, before they even released public stuff, i just kept adding stuff then rtr was a pain but i got it all in there then eod and so on the hardest part was getting ai to work with most of the stuff dc is better now but in the beginning it was really bad and most dont get the ai numbers right anyway it can be done but watch for overlapping stuff if it overwrites reg bf stuff then you will get that on all even reg bf when playing so pay attention and learn to create new stuff for instance to use dc hand weapons i put them in the maps even b4 coral sea came out then i just created new soldiers it was easier because in order to change weapon loadouts i had to pack and send a map as opposed to an objects which is usaully smaller my mod is 1.84 gig right now so it will get big if you go crazy so good luck
