OK so I have downloaded Jingo's latest skins, and I need to use Skin Manager 1.6, the only Skin Manager 1.6 I can find has no reference to DDS files so how do I use it, or is there a different Skin Manager 1.6. What the heck is happening some of my old Merciless skins and Mod Levels with Skins work but most dont. Getting fed up with Dice's Patches which mess things up. Can anybody help. Captain_Zero

Hi,cap just place my dds files in the map folders for BF,that's it!The only files of mine that won't work are my British Paratroopers(they require MC4.0).Hope this helps you along!Cya,Jingo.

I presume you mean extract a level then place the files in the texture folder. Captain_Zero

No,install the skin manager, you'll find 3 folders BF,DC and I82.Open the BF folder, you'll see all the map folders you need,Place the dds files in the map folder of your choice, done.Check out the skin manager's readme for details!I hope this does it!;)

Shure thing! It's a great and simple to use tool, gives you more possibilities for trying out skins without deleting older ones.
