Does BF1942 support joysticks? Flying with keys and/or a touchpad mouse is a pain in the ass. I downloaded a program that's supposed to translate key commands to joystick commands, but it doesn't work..Anyone know?

Yes it does T-65b, and joystick that supprts DX-Input, and that means any USB joystick and some serial joysticks. I use a MS joystick but a Logitech will work just as well.

Throw away the program, open up BF, go the controls section, select the action you want to bind in the alternative air controls section, (ie: nose down) then press the joystick forward, it will bind nose up/down to the Y axis, select roll left, press joystick left, it will bind roll left/right to the X axis of the joystick etc. contionue with buttons, throttles etc until you have all you need bound to the joystick. Be very careful when binding the X and Y axis that you don't accidently press any buttons.

Good luck
