Can anyone tell me why my Objects.rfa folder (the main one in Archives directory) works just fine when I pack it with MakeRFA and DON'T use compression... BUT... if I use compression to make it smaller then any map I try to load crashes to desktop?

1. You don't need compression because file size doesn't matter on your machine (loading will be even faster because the files don't have to be extracted/de-compressed), and if you're uploading your files you'll zip (or rar, ace) them anyway to reduce file size. 2. MakeRFA was programmed by a third-party author who did not receive any information on the original compression method from DICE or EA. So he made it that the files comply with the requirements (RFA format), in some rare cases the MakeRFA compression even worked. I would not recommend it though (so says the author). 3. See 1. 4. I'm so glad MakeRFA exists as it is :)
