This is a call for experienced BF1942 Developers, my idea is a whole mod dedicated to the 13th-14th Century, I can do a number of things myself, model, animate, make heightmaps for the Battlefields, edit sound, but things I can't do are Code, get the models into BF (I'm still trying to learn how) and make the textures for models. I have someone to run and build the site though. (Drag the links to the address bar to view):

I'm starting on Armor tomarrow so I should have renders of the English Longbowman and a Man-At-Arms if I work quick enough. The arrows are all for the Longbow (Not the Bolt, which is for the French Crossbow), the 'Firebox' Arrow is filled with flammables and sent into enemy defenses, the 'Bodkin' is for ranges 250 and over, it pierces Armor at closer ranges and passes through several unarmored targets in a row, the 'Swallowtail' is for slicing the straps off armored troops and bouncing along unarmored targets and and the Broadhead is the all around Archery. After the Armor comes the Seige Engines, both Mobile and Unmobile. If anyone has anything to add about any historical innaccuracys, please tell me.
none of the pics work...
Hey you've got a really good idea, but I've already started a mod that's alot like that one. I've got PBF hosting and a small team started. Your ideas are good, and I think it would be cool if you joined the Strong Holds Mod team. We've got a mod started, so it would be pointless to have two mods that are pretty much the same. Plus with siege out and all, it would just make a bad impact on the Medieval modding idea. If you joined our team with your skills, we could move a long a lot faster, plus you could be a part of a team that does what you wanted to do. Send me a private message or just reply to this thread with your ideas. P.S. About the screenshots, none of them work for me neither.
It's geocities and alot of their lame crap you have to cut & paste. Do that to see 'em. (It worked for me)
He's right, for future reference Ecthelion98k, you can't hotlink from Geocities or many other hosting sites.

Ecthelions said: (Drag the links to the address bar to view) i did that and it worked for me :nodding:
Yeah I know, that's the same as copying and pasting, but they are hotlinked at the moment so everybody tries clicking on them instead of copying them or dragging them.

I would have used Homestead, but my account got screwed up, I'm gonna call today about it.
Tacticious: Sounds good, I would like so see some exsamples of work from your mod though, do you have MSN? I'll also have to discuss this with my Webmaster. Also, do you have any other modellers on your team? I would like to see pictures their work most of all if you have some.
Anyway, I'm starting on the Armor now, I should have a picture of the English Longbowman soon (Remember, their all untextured, and I don't model Humanoid models so I'm using an Original).
Everyone I've showed it to on MSN Messenger seemed to like the Longbowman with his Swallowtail Arrow in-place so here it is:
trouble am i having ??? more that i make island Valley City of will load up- done once! sort this out!
