Everytime I try to open my RFA Extractor v1.1, I always get an error message saying : Failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) Does anybody know what it means and how I can fix it???

To run RFA Extractor v1.1 you'll have to install the .NET Framework created by Microsoft. You can get a basic set of components which will allow you to run .NET applications without cluttering up your harddrive with miscellaneous SDK's and such at the following link.
