You should also include how to skin them, if you know how or if you want to. That would make it easier and all in one tutorial. And maybe even the resources you use to get the pics of the original guns. Nice model, cant recall the name of it right know, L850 or something like that in the name right?? Anyways a tutorial would be very helpfull!

ok, i see where your coming from, its just takin longer than i thought and i had pretty much finished it, then good ole 98 decided to croak, so i lost about 40mins of work. So i upgraded to XP proffesional. So i havnt really had a chance to do it for a while!! well so far it covers most of what you need to know, except the actual step by step details on extruding the whole gun, it only tells you how to do the barrel, so assuming you can handle the barrel, the rest should be an experience.

well here it is in its total unfinished glory

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/martin.dare/tuts/index.htm

if i ever get any time i will finish it, its just i start school again soon so nooo time!!! :(

hope it helps a little and good luck, if you have any other questions pop by the forums

Jez

i know how you feel about being crunched for time me too with school and stuff. if you would like i can explain the process of uvw unwrapping/skinning but i cant give you a step by step. also your tutorial works fine with gmax so far.
